« We had a wonderful time staying at the cozy cottage. Jan the host was great! I loved the fresh raspberries and pastry that was left as a welcome basket. Hiking in Beechwood State Park was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and it was easy to find. The YouTube videos showing the park and the way to the beach were very helpful. »

« This house was beautiful and clean! Wilmer made check in/out very easy. We were disappointed in not being able to use the hot tub as that was what we set our search for when finding a house to book. We would also suggest shoveling/snow blowing the path to the garbage bins that are needed for check out instructions. My husband had snow to his knees bringing our bags over before our drive home. »

« We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. « Was here for work, which is close by, so it was nice to find a reasonably priced VRBO in this area rather than driving from Geneva. Newly remodeled and well equipped. A great place to stay. »

« We had a terrific 4 days in Sodus Point with our whole big family, lots and lots of fun playing ball in the HUGE and FLAT yard over looking the lake…excellent rock collecting and clear fresh water- swimming was super! The house was very well equipped and handily stocked with kitchen items and paper products and endless outdoor games and toys. Walking or biking into town for ice cream, visiting the playground, or to see the light house was top notch. We will definitely be lining up another stay...

« Great cottage! Quiet property, other cabins nearby, but still pretty private. Loved the decor and the screened in porch. Perfect size for my husband and me, for an anniversary weekend getaway. Kitchen has medium sized fridge/freezer, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven/air fryer, and small kuerig. Would recommend! Thanks! »
