« This house is as an amazing spot for us! Right off the golf course, right on the bay! Ideal set up for families and friends with kids. The kitchen was incredible and stocked for easy use. We will be coming back each year and using this place! »

« We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was enjoyable. The fact that it was handicap accessible was fantastic as one guest recently needed the use of a wheelchair . She was also able to enjoy the patio with all of us. « This cottage is located within walking distance to virtually anything one might need while away on a peaceful retreat. One block from the Lake; a quick walk to the local eateries and ice cream stand as well as the gas station/convenience store; quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We went for walks every day and enjoyed the small town charm. So many beautiful flower gardens! It's a reasonable drive to Rochester and its attractions, if that's your thing. « My wife & I spent 3 very pleasant weeks at this Lake Ontario house during a late spring getaway to upstate NY. Very quiet, private & scenic location. The house had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, comfortable bed, indoor fireplace for chilly days, outdoor fire pit for nice evenings, etc. Close to beach, lighthouse & restaurants in Sodus Point, several state parks & nature preserves, Erie Canal Trail, etc. Excellent communication with the property manager. « The house was built in 1910, but has been recently updated. The rooms were average in size and were well-appointed, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and blankets. The one room with the twin beds is small and is for younger children. My grandkids didn't mind. The only issue is the one bathroom for the 5 upstairs bedrooms. We worked it out as families do. Some adults used the shower in the master bedroom bathroom on the main floor, and the kids took baths in the main floor...
