« Great air conditioned unit on the water on a hot July 4th holiday. Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks. »

« Great location, a couple minutes away from the chimney bluffs parking lot & Lake Ontario shoreline. The house is 20 minutes away from Sodus point lighthouse which we also visited on our trip. The house had everything we needed and more! The house was also spotless and so nicely decorated. The yard was completely fenced in for your furry friend. Highly recommend renting this place if visiting the area! Thank you again, Mike! »

« No pets allowedVery small but perfect for 2 . Under new ownership and the new owners seem to be making upgrades to the property. Check in was a breeze and Brian is very responsive.The bungalow is a walkable distance to the beach and lighthouse. »

« This house and area were amazing. The views of the cliffs, lake and rock beach were so beautiful. The house had all the kitchen items anyone could need. There were games and activities. As a family who lives all over the country if was so nice to sit in the familyroom all together and laugh. The lical restaurants were really good. The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean and open. The photos do not do it justice. We would stay here again. Loved it. »

« The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. »

« We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good.
