« The cottage was very clean upon arrival and you can tell they are meticulous with their maintenance of the property. Beds were all comfortable and bathroom was well stocked with towels & tp. Kitchen was also well stocked with anything and everything you’d need to cook a meal. Kayla was very responsive to any questions we had and reached out prior to check in and at check out as well. « We had a blast. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the docks, and kayaking in the bay. We visited the beaches at Fairhaven, Sodus Point and Port Bay. We loved the sunsets while having dinner around the firepit »

« Overall the property met our needs but there were positives and negatives. The house had amenities and with prior communication with the owners, we brought what we needed (electric skillet, muffin pan, and glass 13x9 pan for example). « This place is a gem in that you have a lot of space for your family. We loved the yard and all the nature all around! My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! « Iam disabled and need assistance walking,the cottage was open concept and easy for me to get around inside. The living space gave a relaxed vibe . Beautiful views. I brought a queen mattress cover that made the queen bed comfortable for myself. If i had to say anything that was an issue it would be the steps to the back yard. I was not able to get down to the water or back yard. I think if anything I would add to your information would be to let people know about the deck stairs. I left with...

« Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable.
