« Beautiful, immaculate property located right in the heart of Palmyra. Our family loved calling this our home for the few days we were there. »

« So I never got check in details, messaged the host several hours before check in. Didn't hear anything. Showed up after check in time no one on the property. Called the host several times, no answer and voice mail was full. As I was walking the property another family showed up they had checked in the day before. While getting on the phone with vrbo the owner showed up and discovered that he had double booked. I am still waiting on his cancellation of my reservation and the return of my money...

« Couldn’t get a more perfect location. Charming. Convenient. Great communication. If you’re going to spend a few days in Palmyra with your family, this is the place. »

« I can't recommend this place enough. Don is such a sweet man and welcomed me and my children who I came to New York to visit. The setting is picture perfect. So quiet and restful. The barn, horses, alpacas, everything is straight out of a postcard. I will most definitely return. »

« We stayed with our pup for the Labor Day weekend and we loved it. The lodge is actually bigger than appears on the pictures. It is located in the walking distance to all restaurants, the Sodus Point beach and only 20-minute drive to Chimney Bluffs. Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend it. »
