« All the members of the family had a great time over Christmas at this Bilpin farmstay. The host was welcoming then left us to do our own thing, before returning to check if all was well (without interrupting us) and then again to say "Goodbye."The facilities suited our 4 families and all grandchildren from 11 to 23 enjoyed doing some things together or just chilling out. The farm dam with its kayaks and swimming was a hit. Even on the day it rained lightly there were options to keep people...

« We had 3 bad days weather it’s wet all around we only stay inside we forgot about our boat and it was sank with the heavy rain we tried to pull up and paid for neighbour 200 to town cross to the boat ramp and sandbrook took it for free we lost the boat it’s cost 10000 we tried to asking to fix but they said they can’t fix it’s a terrible time never happen before this house is too old we paid too expensive it’s not worth »

« What a beautiful and welcoming place. Adam and Sean gave us a NYE trip of a lifetime. We were a group of 10 adults and 7 children, and every luxury we could wish for was on hand. The views are phenomenal and the facilities are 5 star. The heated spa at Biram Lodge was particularly fantastic. Highly recommend. We will be back! »
