« The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. « The house was booked for a total of 11 folks including my special needs son for a family reunion at my uncle’s house in Milford PA. Upon entering the house, you had to walk up 4 steps to the kitchen. The urine smell from a pet was still in the air. Spider webs, dirty walls and a sign saying “do not use oven” were the first things you seen when entering the kitchen. « Our stay was very pleasant and the host was very responsive and made sure an issue was quickly resolved. »

« The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use) »
