The host is responsive and informative about the area, which was great for two of us just coming in for a weekend of exploring good food and wine. The apartment is on a street of architecturally beautiful homes and the apartment itself has beautiful details like the high ceilings and the lovely fireplace. « The apartment is simple, but well-equipped and very clean. Don’t let the stairway through the garage fool you. Once you get upstairs and enter the apartment, everything is clean and nicely decorated. There’s a balcony and outside stairway to the back yard on the riverbank. It’s on a country road a 10 minute walk from town. »
