« Everything was brilliant. Perfect location. The home was perfect and very comfortable. The host supplied everthing to make the stay a success. Not only was the kitchen practical and well equipped the bedding was luxurious. It didn't stop there...there was a delicious home made tea cake and home baked bread still warm . Couldn't ask for more. »

« Check in we were told what we can and cant do which I understand but this I'd never experienced, told the wood for the fire is expensive try not to have a fire. The house is straight out of the 70s, dark interiors made the place feel depressing. Nik naks everywhere, bathroom sink and unit smelt damp, We couldnt wait to leave.The only positive was that dogs were allowed. »

« 😀 Das Charles Reuben Estate ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig mit einem besonderen Flair. Es ist in einer ruhigen Weingegend angesiedelt. 🙁 Wir wollten den BBQ benutzen, dieser war aber derart schmutzig, dass wir unser Stück Fleisch in der Pfanne gebraten haben. Schade dass beim Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, wer ab und zu in der Nacht raus muss hat nicht gerade Freude die Treppen hinunter und wieder hinauf. »

« Only Acceptable If You Are Used To Sleeping Next To A Highway. Not Fit For Purpose.We arrived in the afternoon and had to immediately find alternative accommodation. This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms face out onto the main road with cars, heavy vehicles streaming down constantly and the decibel level is exceptionally high. The vibration from the traffic actually shook the house. The property is in an exceptionally...

« The cottage was quaint and a restful place to take time out and relax. The breakfast was fresh and delicious a nice addition to our experience. We enjoyed seeing the pademelons on the property. »

« Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equiped, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the dam outside the kitchen window, hearing the chickens being chickens and having the frogs lull us to sleep. Would thoroughly recommend for those that love nature and beautiful things. »

« What a beautiful, cosy little cottage! We had a wonderful couple of nights at Recreation Cottage in Kingston Beach. Comfortable sleep, terrific location and everything you need is there. Would definitely rebook and visit Kingston Beach again. »
