One air conditioning window unit in living/kitchen area with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Weather was not hot and humid during our visit so this was not an issue. « I booked my stay to get away from the city for some R&R. It being my first trip to the Catskills, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The cottage was exactly as described. The decor is very welcoming and warm. The record player was a gem! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the bed so comfortable, and the linens pristine. « The Writer's Studio is very a comfortable and tucked away little cottage. I was pleased with all the, privacy while still being in easy proximity to the bustle of woodstock. It was clean and had everything I needed for my visit. At night remember to look at the stars. »

« Very nice, small apartment. Very clean and comfortable. There was no cross ventilation, but the AC worked fine. Great place for a night or two and conveniently located near wedding venues. I would have liked to know in advance that the street number was not on the mailbox on the road, but figured it out. Probably best to ask for a landmark. We would definitely stay again if in the area. »
