« Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

« Firstly we were put in a different cottage than we booked and told by the owner thats where we'll be staying, no sorry...wasnt a great start. I had picked the Etna because it was seperate to the other two cottages and i really liked the look of the cottage.
