« This is the second year my family has rented here and we loved our stay! This beautiful, large & clean lake home, with access to paddle boards and kayaks, provided sweet memories of growing up as a south-ender on Skaneateles. Definitely recommend! »

« Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with. »

« Great property with an amazing view of and access to the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Lots of parking, enough for many cars. The bathrooms were all recently renovated and were very clean. Lots of extra blankets and towels. If you don’t like stairs, then I wouldn’t recommend but luckily everyone in our party was fine with stairs. It’s a little hard to find as GPS wasn’t perfect at directions to the place but we would highly recommend this place. »

« Communication was great from before I even booked it. I had a few questions about the property and they were quickly answered. Prior to checking in, the hosts sent an email with very detailed instructions. « I stayed in this beautiful home with my children when we went upstate for my daughter's graduation. The house was exactly as pictured. The rooms were very large and immaculate. Every amenity you can think of is already there (every possible appliance for the kitchen, hair dryers, toiletries, even a first aid kit).
