« We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . « Never met the host, we were advised property booked was suddenly not available and had to make do with a property in Whitstable, never advised why when we asked why this happened. There are a number of things that were not up to standard, oven dirty inside, back door dirty and blind not working, blind in back bedroom only went halfway down, lack of saucepans, iron was not working and someone had to bring a new one, vacuum cleaner did not work, there was no mop or brush or dustpan and brush to...

« The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. »

« On our arrival at Love Lane the temperature outside was starting to drop (1st Feb 25), on opening the door the warmth from the heating hit you. The property was very clean, modern and cosy with extra blankets if you should need them. The owner lives at the back of the property and while we were there we didn't here them at all. Bed and bathroom were clean with plenty of room to move around. Tea and Coffee supplied with an additional coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. If you had any issues...
