« The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. »

Park up in William St with a permit that Oliver can arrange so that there's no need to worry about navigating the one way streets of Herne Bay to get to the various venues. « Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat...

« Rental was as described and even better than the photos. Only suggestion would be to have an extra set of larger towels and a spare set of keys. Otherwise perfect location and a hidden gem in the very heart of Canterbury. »

« We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . The communication was great ,and the local information provided was very helpful . We would definitely stay here. again »

« The flat was exactly as described and there were plenty of utensils and crockery for a short stay. It is located directly opposite the beach and the view is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away, which was fantastic as I don't have a car. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly. I would highly recommend. »
