« Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat...

« Rental was as described and even better than the photos. Only suggestion would be to have an extra set of larger towels and a spare set of keys. Otherwise perfect location and a hidden gem in the very heart of Canterbury. »

« We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . The communication was great ,and the local information provided was very helpful . We would definitely stay here. again »

« The flat was exactly as described and there were plenty of utensils and crockery for a short stay. It is located directly opposite the beach and the view is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away, which was fantastic as I don't have a car. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly. I would highly recommend. »

« The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. »

« Location, location, location. The flat is in the heart of Canterbury, so the shops are a two minute walk away. However it is also right opposite a very loud hotel/pub which is open until 2am... and there is unfortunately no double glazing.The kitchen wasn't very clean, there was mould in the bathroom, especially around the bathtub and the light fitting looked hazardous.Installing double glazing, getting the flat deep cleaned and the unprofessional DIY sorted would go a long way to make this a...
