« Location, location, location. The flat is in the heart of Canterbury, so the shops are a two minute walk away. However it is also right opposite a very loud hotel/pub which is open until 2am... and there is unfortunately no double glazing.The kitchen wasn't very clean, there was mould in the bathroom, especially around the bathtub and the light fitting looked hazardous.Installing double glazing, getting the flat deep cleaned and the unprofessional DIY sorted would go a long way to make this a...

« Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, die Lage ist super zentral. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Fußbodenheizung, die man selber regulieren kann. Wir haben diese Wohnung gewählt, weil explizit für Rollstuhlfahrer beworben wurde. Es gibt aber am Eingang (an beiden Eingängen) eine ca. 15cm hohe Stufe. « On our arrival at Love Lane the temperature outside was starting to drop (1st Feb 25), on opening the door the warmth from the heating hit you. The property was very clean, modern and cosy with extra blankets if you should need them. The owner lives at the back of the property and while we were there we didn't here them at all.
