« Beautiful space »

« Perfect location, close to many of the things on our to do list.Beautifully appointed with everything we needed, wood fire made it very cosy just what we needed after the days adventures in chilly June plenty of wood provided.. The peace & quiet was exactly what we were looking for & this property delivered. Beautiful sunrises complete with a visit from the local wildlife a family of Kangaroos. Our host Barry was great with communication & directions for our stay. Everything went smoothly...

« Nice and cozy cottage with an amazing view. Kids loved the Down stares, pool table. Fireplace was very comforting in the chilly wind. It was warm relaxing getaway. »

« An excellent property for 2 couples to relax in for the weekend with an event in Katoomba and a free Sunday in the mega long valley. Very well appointed house is luxurious & homely. Outdoor fireplace was perfect for a glass of local wine and a cheese plate. Great owner with excellent comms. Highly recommend. »

« We spent the most magical family Christmas at this beautiful house this year. The house was perfectly styled and appointed (including the most gorgeous Christmas tree). The whole family, including our pugalier, enjoyed every aspect of the house, including the beautiful garden (great for cricket), the pizza oven and the super comfortable beds. Carol was an exceptionally helpful and generous host and we can’t wait to return! »

« Cute little cottage with everything we needed. Was small but fine for a family of four. Dining table perfect for board games! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender House - it's very convenient, only a 10-15 minute walk into Katoomba but also on the quieter side and away from the Easter crowds. The cottage is lovely and quiet - we'd love to go back in Winter and use the fire! »

« My friends and I had a great time at the cottage. It's very well equipped, with a wonderful peaceful garden. The interiors are very homey and has everything you need for a stay in the Blue Mountains.Only downside is that there is not a lot of parking on the property, and off street parking is a little tricky. There was also some broken glass on the carpet in the dining room when we arrived but it was easy enough to clean up. »

« Lovely stay at Hillside. Made use of both indoor and outdoor fire. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and warm. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Close drive to everywhere. »

« Our family visited as we had members competing in the Blue Mountains Ultra Trail event, the environment was perfect for home cooked meals, hot baths after running through the bush, and multiple spaces for family to sit and catch up. Extra bonus is the beautiful yard and sense of being isolated whilst still close to everything. »

« Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights. Check in was e-mail communication and that was it (which we prefer). Other reviews say the owner is easy to contact but we never needed to. We weren't familiar with the way the central heating worked at first but once we figured out we had to turn each individual heater on via a dial at the base it was no problem. Heated blankets were nice, enjoyed the use of the fireplace. No complaints! Would gladly stay again. »

« Stayed here for UTA weekend, nice and convenient to walk down to Scenic World, house was nice with comfy beds. also not too far if you wanted to walk up into the heart of Katoomba aswell. »

"3 nuits en famille. Emplacement parfait pour la découverte des Blue Mountains. Super Établissement avec différents services connectés pour accéder à sa chambre puis pour réserver certaines activités. Le personnel est vraiment très sympas et disponible. Le top! "
