« The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated not having to bring linens and towels to a vrbo rental. The only issues we faced not booking directly with the hotel was not being able to use hotel shuttle to town and we ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they are not supoosed to provide it as we didnt book through them. « We loved the ocean colony resort as it was centrally located but also felt very calm and peaceful - close to nature. We loved the apartment, and the amenities - though it was too cold for the pool. The proximity to the beach was unmatched and the services they provide (chairs, umbrellas, towels) are so nice. The section of beach is private, serene, and just gorgeous. "The gently "green" philosophy is appreciated, but the rate charged is borderline outrageous considering the quality of the room (the one my family and I stayed in). Granted, the hotel’s location is fantastic, but the room was small, without a TV, dark, bare — almost monastic… In short, sad and with no view… and all that for nearly €1,000. A big disappointment for us."
