« It's a pretty simple first floor apartment with the owner living upstairs. It's bigger than expected. Decent location about a 20-minute walk to downtown. »

« Perfect spot for visiting our student at UVM. Close to the school and church street and the owner had so many thoughtful extras. Worked out great for us. »

« Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high...

« 5 stars isn't enough when it came to this place. Everything was wayyyyyy above my expectations. The location just overlooking Mallet's Bay was breathtaking. This place served as our home base while we explored the state up to the Canadian border. The state itself is severely underrated and deserves more attention. Dave and Renee made us feel right at home. One thing is for sure, this isn't goodbye. This is "see you next time", because we will DEFINITELY be back. »

« We wanted to be near our daughter on campus, but also wanted a roomy, quiet place to stay and this was perfect! Our adult son joined us and needed a place to work remotely. The duplex is on a quiet cul-de-sac about 10 minutes from campus. Loved the screened in porch, too. Communication with owners was top-notch! We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was probably the best communication I've experienced. All questions were answered promptly and when we needed to add a night, responded quickly. House...

« It was great. Everything about it was easy, comfortable, and pleasant. It was so nice to sit privately outside. It was so close to the places we wanted to see and visit. »

« The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

« location & home are beautiful!! my husband and i, and our two pups spent a few days here & absolutely loved everything about it. the house itself was well equipped with everything we needed and was close to lots of fun things to do - ideal location in every way!! we loved watching the sunset over the lake every night and the open concept windows overlooking the lake were amazing additions ... no matter where you are in the house you can see the water! our pups loved playing in the water and on...

« Our family of 12 (boomer siblings and their significant others) from across the country gathered to share a week together. This rustic camp provided a comfortable space with a fabulous beach setting. Bedrooms are small but comfortable, plenty of nooks and gathering spaces. . Surprisingly, the 1.5 bathrooms for 12 people was ok - the outdoor shower helped make it work. We will hope to return next year.
