Vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de tomber amoureux de cet appartement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, traditionnel mauresque, mais moderne, dans la vieille ville de Villajoyosa! Vivez parmi la population locale et profitez d'une vĂ©ritable expĂ©rience espagnole! SituĂ© sur la quatriĂšme ligne de la plage (littĂ©ralement Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied!), vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre avec un barbecue sur le toit-terrasse tout en admirant la vue sur l'ocĂ©an Ă  180 degrĂ©s. L'appartement comprend un meet-and-greet, 24 heures de services de gestion de propriĂ©tĂ©, tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite UK, wifi, climatisation dans les deux chambres ainsi que des services de nettoyage supplĂ©mentaires (sur demande). Nous fournissons Ă©galement un sĂšche-cheveux, serviettes de plage, parasols ainsi que des jouets de plage pour les enfants.

Assurez-vous de profiter du Festival Maures et ChrĂ©tiens, du 24 au 31 juillet. Il est classĂ© comme l'un des meilleurs en Espagne et a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©clarĂ© un intĂ©rĂȘt touristique international. Le point culminant de la fĂȘte est la bataille de dĂ©barquement sur la mer dans les premiĂšres heures du matin le 28. C'est une bataille navale entre les Maures et les flottes chrĂ©tiennes, aprĂšs quoi les Maures sautent dans l'ocĂ©an et nagent vers la cĂŽte pour conquĂ©rir le chĂąteau, accompagnĂ©s tout le temps par la musique et le tir des tromblons - vraiment une expĂ©rience!

Tout est fait pour vous assurer des vacances détendues et sans effort à la maison en Espagne !!

L'enregistrement est à partir de 17h00 et le départ est à 10h00. Ceci pour s'assurer qu'il y a suffisamment de temps pour nettoyer professionnellement l'appartement et faire changer le linge etc. Si cela ne vous convient pas, nous essaierons de répondre à vos besoins, si possible.

L'appartement est authentique fonctionnelle, restauré avec beaucoup de goût une belle terrasse avec une belle vue, bien situé tous prÚs de la plage et des commerces. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location, la propriétaire Natasha est trÚs agréable. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks. Living in Moorish house was a fantastic experience that makes us traveling in time. The view from the roof beatified our barbecue parties. The apartment is fully equipped. The beach and restaurants are 1 minute away. We were agreeably surprised that the beach is not crowded as we were in august. When swimming in the see you have a beautiful colored view of the old town. Big Thanks to the owner and property manager for their availability and advises along the stay.

Villajoyosa is certainly a magical place. We liked that it was Spanish in essence and had no pretensions. It was easy to travel to other places with the Tram and there were many places to investigate in Villajoyosa. The apartment was in an interesting area and we had a lovely time sitting on the rooftop terrace and enjoying walking around the little lanes. Natasha was very helpful and always willing to answer any queries.

My husband and I stayed for ten days in January, and had a delightful time. We know the Marina Baixa area very well, but had never stayed in Villajoyosa before. The house is quirky and characterful and right in the heart of the old town where authentic everyday Spanish life still goes on. We loved seeing the old ladies in their dressing gowns sitting out on the wall in the sun for a serious natter, fortified with local oranges and sunflower seeds. One evening we were also serenaded by one of the neighbours who plonked his chair in the middle of the street and proceeded to play haunting Spanish melodies. Though a lot of the bars and restaurants are closed at this time of the year we eat out some evenings, and would recommend the Maharaja if you enjoy good Indian cuisine. We bought some of the freshest fish you're ever likely to find including sardines and mackerel from the local market and enjoyed delightful lunchtime barbecues on the splendid roof terrace. We did a lot of walking and particularly enjoyed being at the fishing port when the vessels return in the afternoon to disgorge their catch ready for the quayside fish auction. We cooked most evenings and found the house to be pretty well equipped. You should not miss the free tours of the local Valor chocolate factory with tastings at the end - you cannot fail to notice the pervading aroma of roasting cocoa beans that wafts around the town each evening. The local tram or tranvia, also known fondly as "el trenet" - little train, by the locals, provides a reliable and inexpensive way of getting up and down the coast if you do not want to drive- we visited Alicante and Albir and Altea, which we would highly recommend. The weekly market held each Thursday is also worth a visit - this is not for tourists as you will discover, with fruit and vegetable stalls jostling with ladies underwear sellers. Local oranges are in season and we bought the very best Mandarins we have tasted for just 75 centimos a kilo. For non food items you need to be able to haggle. The house makes a perfect base to explore the region and to experience a little of the very different way of life in Spain - this will be all the richer if you make an attempt to speak some Spanish, however falteringly. We would have rated this property at five stars had there not been some problems with WiFi and the electrics which Natasha dealt with promptly. A memorable and enjoyable holiday!

Would suit fit or younger persons as there are steep steps in the property and parking is a 5 min walk away. It is a cosy, clean and very well equipped house that was easy to cook any type of meal. My wife and kids loved our stay here. With the exception of new years eve it was surprisingly quiet considering how close all the properties are. The beach is a 3 min walk directly down the hill and the town is 10 mins walk up the hill through the old town which is very picturesque. Natasha was very helpful though out the period of our stay.

Wir haben als fĂŒnfköpfige Familie in der Ferienwohnung fĂŒr 11 NĂ€chte gelebt. Die StrandnĂ€he, die Dachterasse mit Meerblick, aber auch die KĂŒche und das Leben unter den Einheimischen hat uns sehr in entspannte Urlaubslaune versetzt. Es war einfach nur schön! Auch der schnelle und unkomplizierte Kontakt zu Frau Smit ließ jegliche Fragen etc. zu unserer Zufriedenheit klĂ€ren. Wir fĂŒhlten uns gut betreut. Das Fest der Christen und Mauren war sehr faszinierend. In dieser Zeit war es jedoch bis morgens sehr laut und lebendig. Auch das war nach einiger Gewöhnung ein Erlebnis. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!;-)

En skÞn lejlighed - med snÞrklede trapper. Og en helt vidunderlig tagterrasse med den vildeste udsigt. Lejligheden ligger i den gamle smukke bydel af Vila Joiosa - og her er der liv og bÞrnelatter hele dagen lang - og ro om natten. I dette gamle kvarter bor spanierne selv - og bÞrnene leger og lever i gaderne. Helt vidunderligt, nÄr man gerne vil mÊrke liv. Som en tjener sagde til os: Shhh fortÊl ikke andre om dette vidunderlige sted - for sÄ bliver det bare overrendt. Det er virkelig en perle. Vi kommer igen - helt sikkert. This is a traditional old fishing house split over 3 levels and has been beautifully restored with all modern comforts. Whilst still keeping many of the traditional features. As you enter the house you’ll be met with narrow steep stairs leading to the bedrooms, both are air conditioned for the hot summer months. The onsuite bathroom in the main bedroom features a wonderfull double shower room, powerful and easy to adjust. Perfect after a day at the beach. The other kids bedroom is perfectly squeezed onto the first floor with comfortable bunk beds. Could easily slept adults as well. Further up the stairs your greeted with a wonderfully decorated kitted main living/kitchen all over the second floor. From the sat tv to the solid cutlery pots and pans you’ll want for nothing. We particularly liked the gas cooker and coffee machine. You’ll get a real feeling of quality and thoutfullness whilst living a traditional Spanish style surrounded by locals who love to party and enjoy themselves. The best feature is yet to come, if you navigate up the steep wooden stairs you’ll ge greeted by 360 vistas again fully equipped with table, chairs, loungers, umbrella and a solid BBQ. Credit is due to the owners vision of providing a real Spanish experience. If this is not enough, the owners communication and the agents local knowledge of the area was second to none, they provided our every need with total pleasure. Once you have settled in you’ll find 3 perfect supermarkets dishing up food that never reaches the UK. You must try the local Lubina sea bass with some steamed vegetables. The beach is stunning and literally a stones through away. We walked to the marina and back a good few times. Along the way you’ll find quality reatraunts serving up quality food, with local beers. Within the old town there are little gems for shopping and tasting the local delicatessen. We discovered the local market which has a real buzz about the place and there is a traditional food takeaway that serves freach paella. The boys even let us take the pan home whist it was still sizzling. It does help the experience if you speak un poco. You must also try the local chocolate factory museum which is a free tour. Getting around the cost is easy as well no need for a car as they have a fantastic tram system which is 10 min walk from the house. It’s also very cheap. All in all a fantastic experience only blited slightly by the over enthusiastic locals who party with much gusto.

Wir waren mit 2-JĂ€hrigem Sohn dort: Der Strand ist in Laufweite (auch fĂŒr den Sohn), vor Ort nur Anliegerverkehr (vielleicht 10 Autos und 20 Vespas/Tag) das spanische Leben direkt vor der TĂŒr (Altstadtlage, keine Touristenbettenburg), Ausstattung fĂŒr Kleinkinder (Beistellbett, Kindersitz, Latz, Kinderbesteck) ist vorhanden und wurde freundlicherweise schon aufgebaut, mit der Tram nach Alicante (~8€ zum Flughafen) angebunden - super praktisch. Selbst im November kann man (Warmduscher ausgenomen) noch baden. Die umgebende Altstadt ist sehr beschaulich und nahezu Autofrei, also ideal fĂŒr Kleinkindendteckungstouren - diverse Tiere sorgten fĂŒr Kurzweil, Spielplatz war auch in Reichweite. Die Wohnung ist auf drei Stockwerken (2x Schlafen/Bad, Wohnen/KĂŒche/Klo, Terrasse mit Meerblick und viel Sonne), die Treppe leider etwas eng und nicht Kindergesichert. Die KĂŒche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, verschiedene Pfannen und Backofen lassen einem Spielraum, direkt gegenĂŒber kann man gĂŒnstig Trinkwasser bekommen.

Super convenient - a stonethrow from one of the best beaches in Costa Blanca while just a few minutes walk from the tram station; in a very friendly and cosy community. Exactly the place my wife and i need for a layback holiday - away from the office emails (with the help of non-existence of wifi in the house - i do mean this is a credit). Piedad is helpful and can be reached almost at all times and Natasha always shows her warm hospitality by constantly texting us about our holiday. It is a no-brainer to book the same house when we have another holiday in La Villa Joyosa. Just simply joyful and lovely and unforgettable. Thank you very much, Piedad and Natasha. Regards, Des

La casa estupenda, todo nuevo y con todo lo necesario para ir a la playa. Un barrio muy pintoresco.
