« We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. »

« Un grand merci au personnel de ce ryokan qui a tout fait pour nous accueillir comme convenu malgré l’absence de notre réservation. Celle ci nous avait bien été confirmée par hotel.com mais apparemment le nécessaire n’a pas été fait auprès de l’hotelier. Pour ce type de logement je ne peux que recommander de réserver en direct. Très joli cadre, logement spacieux, les,bains très agréables et les repas soignés. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, nous y retournerons bien volontiers. »

« Okuhida Hot Spring Hirayukan is conveniently located, just a short and easy walk from the Hirayu Onsen bus terminal. A small shop beside the ryokan sells snacks and drinks, which is useful especially in the quieter evenings. Check in was smooth and the ryokan already had our Expedia reservations.
