Beau complexe sans trop de chaleur.
Un peu cher même si le cadre est agréable. Le calme et la proximité de l’embarquement pour la Sicile intéressants.

This location was perfect for our family, we had wedding events in the area and were close to all of them. Then in our downtime we spent by the pool.

There was a large group of people travelling together. We all selected the same room options when booking and paid the same price, but some people were in a new and modern building while we were in a dark, much older building with faded carpets, beds that were very hard and we were only given 1 thin pillow. I requested additional pillows, however they were never provided. That being said, the pool and the restaurant were great. Had we been in the other building, our experience would have been much better.

Un sogno che diventa realtà
Location sterminata tanto che sarebbe utile una mappa per orientarsi…stupefacente la piscina che affaccia sullo stretto di Messina. Ottima accoglienza e pulizia eccellente, ristorante con ottima cucina.

Place was beautiful but staff very disappointing
The hotel is fabulous, beautifully set and the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were quite comfortable. However, the place is very big and the staff was not helpful in explaining the premises.

A beautiful spa location overlooking the ocean.
The concierge was very helpful. She arranged for a very nice taxi driver who showed us around Reggio. The food at the restaurant was beautiful and the staff was able to explain, in English, what was being served. The hotel rooms are spread out on the property but they do have golf carts with staff to assist as necessary. There were edible figs on fig trees (August). Wow.

Only positive is tje beach
Fantastisk strand men ressorter er forfalden og dårligt vedligeholdt, maden forfærdelig. Fuldstændig skævt ifht værdig pr pengene. Specielt fordi vi i realiteten kunne have booket 1 værelse til 5 personer men det fremgik ikke af hotels.com hvor max antal personer var 4 pr værelse.

Hübsches Resort
Wir hatten 1 Übernachtung gebucht und hatten die Suite. An Platz hat es wirklich nicht gemangelt. Minus Punkt war die äußerst zu laute Klimaanlage und das dürftige Frühstücksbuffet. Auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne wert.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio fidanzato in una suite junior. La camera grande e spaziosa, ben tenuta, il bagno grande ma serve una rinfrescata alla vasca...il para spruzzi troppo corto e l'acqua usciva lo stesso! Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante ed era tutto ottimo, personale cortese e simpatico. Bellissimo il panorama che abbiamo ammirato dal giardino!

Struttura "datata" meritevole delle 5 stelle solo per il listino bar (2 caffè al banco 5 euro), per il resto farei difficoltà anche a dare 4 stelle. Serratura porta rotta, bagno senza ventola, camera piccolissima e malcurata (non c'era neanche una penna). Giardino sporco e colazione dozzinale senza frutta e con il burro scaduto. ...provo a chiederne dell'altro e mi dicono di non averne più. ...SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

PESSIMO
Albergo gestito in modo pessimo. Ho soggiornato in una suite vista mare, ridicola per allestimento e spazio. Colazione INESISTENTE per qualità e assortimento. Centro benessere sporco, con vasca idro vista stretto, per la scarsa pulizia dei vetri dello stretto non si vedeva nulla. Non lo consiglio e sono convinto di non mettere mai più piede in hotel gestiti dallo stesso gruppo.

If you are going to stay in this city... this should be the only place you stay! Resort and grounds are beautiful. Pool is AMAZING! Breakfast plentiful and delicious.

Might be considered pricy but definitely worth it.
Hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Half the staff had the concept of customer service and the other half didn't, however, we found this is common throughout the south of Italy. Once you are at the resort you are unable to walk to any other location so you are committed to either drive or taxi to other locations. On site food was pricy for what it was and had no ambience. Most guests appeared locals rather than international which made sense for weekend getaways.

Location meravigliosa vista mozzafiato camere comode e buon servizio di pulizia . Unica nota stonata la scelta molto ridotta dei vini e una colazione non proprio adeguata ad uno hotel con 5 stelle.

Quiet and relaxing
It was off season and we expected it to be quiet. It was so peaceful. I truly like it because the staff would always ask if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile from the maid to the front desk. Views were gorgeous at this hotel. Can't wait to go back.

A place to recharge
Me and my friend stayed at this 5 star hotel as a coincidence, but it was an amazing stay! Staff is superb and takes excellent care of you by providing great service. Great pool area with jacuzzi and a restaurant that served the most tender steak I have ever had. The surroundings are remote and quiet. Few shops in the area, and the town itself is small. This is an excellent place to bring your girlfriend or go on a family holiday where you just want to relax, recharge your batteries and have some time to yourself. Well worth the five stars!

Not easy to find. Only the desk person speaks English. It lpoks to be more for locals. We drove 30 minutes after checking out then realized we never got our passports back. It is required for the hotels to copy the document info. And hold for 24 hours. So be sure to get them back. Of course we drive back to get them. Their reason was . They has them in the wrong room box.

A Tired Resort
Another case of a 5 star resort hotel that is tired. Maintenance issues such as painting and/or varnishing of outdoor furniture has not been addressed for a couple of years. Rubber seals on doors are falling off.

Good hotel and spa marred by poor reception
A resort spa hotel with a fabulous view over the Straits of Messina. Almost deserted when we visited in mid May. Excellent restaurant with friendly staff and superb food. Reception not so good with staff who were unwelcoming and made no effort either to welcome us or to explain the complex layout of the large resort.
