« Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. When I arrived at the place, the staffs did not know anything about my reservation. No bellman services. « Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. « I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center.
