« There are flies everywhere in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating — especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think it’s fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7. How rude and inconsiderate — it feels like they care only about their own comfort, not their guests’. Who puts air conditioning on a timer in a hot country like Laos? On...

« The room we had was nice and as shown on the pictures. The view from the room was great and we saw the balloons and paragliders with a wonderful sunset. The hotel itself seems pretty well furnished but we did not use anything else outside the room. Our bedroom had 2 majors problems : terrible soundproofing and weird window like openings near the bed. The bad soundproofing made us eat the super loud club that kept on blasting music and the weird windows make it difficult to sleep after 6:00....

« I had high hopes for this place since the photos looked so nice. But soon became disappointed. I got a single room and the bed was truly awful. I felt I was sleeping on a box spring or something even worse. When I walked in there was hair all over the pillows and the towel they gave me was dirty and brown.
