« Cet hôtel est situé dans la rue principale mais au calme, a coté d'une construction mais les ouvriers ne commençaient que vers 9h. J'ai choisi une chambre standard située au rez de chaussée. Elles sont sombres, la salle de bain est petite et très sombre. Il est difficile de se raser, même avec les lumières allumées. La douche est certes chaude mais le réglage de la température est erratique... Il n'y a pas de bureau dans la chambre. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre mais a la...

« Front desk lady not so kind. did not even greet me when I check in. Maybe she judged me by my appearance. It claimed to be soundproof but not at all. I can hear people talking outside of my room. AC didn’t work too well, air flow was very weak. Bed is clean. »

« Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. »

« We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The mountain views were incredible. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. The pool was very nice. Room was very clean and modern. I highly recommend Remember Hotel Vang Vien. The might be the best value in Vang Vien. »

« The room we had was nice and as shown on the pictures. The view from the room was great and we saw the balloons and paragliders with a wonderful sunset. The hotel itself seems pretty well furnished but we did not use anything else outside the room. Our bedroom had 2 majors problems : terrible soundproofing and weird window like openings near the bed. The bad soundproofing made us eat the super loud club that kept on blasting music and the weird windows make it difficult to sleep after 6:00....

« Location not bad if you’re doing the tours. Not far from the market. Front desk is knowledgeable. Little boy there loved playing with my son. The scenery looking at the mountains makes the property. Room is dated average 3 stars, not many options for breakfast. »

« That place is sort of scam. Different location as it is in google maps. Pictures and place don't match. There was the cleaning clothes laundry holding at the middle of the secind floor hall. The place qas not take care properly. I spend 1 ight, the second night I move to a better place »
