This is a budget hotel. It looks abandoned from the outside. Grass not cut, front of the building is missing an awning. Driveway is just above a gravel road. Parking lot isn't stripped.
No elevators. Property is only 2 stories, but this maybe an issue for some people.
AC on the 2nd floor wasn't working on the floor. The room AC didn't work in the first room. 2nd room the AC was better but took several hours to cool off the room. Floor tile in the bathroom was coming up. Walls need painting. Water in the sink was dirty at first, but after running for a couple of minutes, it cleared up. Good hot water in the shower.
To call the breakfast a continental breakfast, was an insult. Two cereals, packaged danish.
The room, outside the obvious maintenance items we clean. No signs of bugs. No smoke smells. The indoor pool looked clean, and the pool area looked well maintained. There isn't any other workout room.
There is a McDonalds within walking distance, so you have other food options. There are a couple of local restaurant's as well with food food, and a short drive away. When you consider hotels in the area are $100 plus and this is less than $80, you should expect much. Bottom line, as a single traveler just needing a bed, it worked and saved me a lot of money. Traveling with young kids that you could turn loose in the pool, i think it would be okay.
