Attention Hotel en transformation
This Hotel was just being rebuilt so it was full of tools and raws materials everywhere. It is definitely not the time to go there. I would recommend to try it later on this year.

Low performance at an affordable price!!!!
This hotel could be nice for business but it's nice and ok for family or for gas-oil people that go there staying for a long trip, long journey. Otherwise, for business purpose better to go to a Four Point or Victoria Crown Plaza hotel (Victoria Island) where the stars match to business needs. Further, the hotel is well located; close to the lagoon which is nice. The pool is fine as well. The gym room is small (less than 4 people in the same time otherwise it's too hot). The room are ok not nice and far to be very nice. The bed is not comfortable and not flexible. The rooms are not adjoining but you can hear people walking (1st floor) or can hear the occupants from the rooms next door or across..... The breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as buffet which is nice. On the pool bar, they serve barbecue but you have to pay for every little thing you order (like french fries, bread) so better to go to the buffet where everything is included for approximatively the same price. The WIFI is bad on the room and do not expect to use network cable !!!

The Junior Suite with Ocean view was quite nice, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, nice furniture, and linens. The grounds were well kept as was the swimming pool. Restaurants were easily accessible.

Comfortable & Accommodating
The service people are polite and helpful opening doors carrying bags. Swimming pool very clean. Food is prepared well and presentation is exceptional. Laundry services are prompt and meticulous. I've stayed times and would not hesitate to return again. Stay here feels like home.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The only thing going for them is the location and view of the Lagoon. Otherwise, it’s all terrible. I booked 3 nights and had to leave after the first night due to mold & blood stains found in my sheets. The mold was in the headboard and other parts of the room. I couldn’t sleep or breathe at night because I am allergic to mold. I decided to check out the next morning. They tried putting me in a different room and I just couldn’t stay. I requested for a refund and the hotel refused. I was happy to at least pay for the one night I stayed but the hotel kept the money for the remaining 2 nights. Secondly, they charge you for room service from the restaurant to bring you stale food. For your peace, health & safety — do not book here. I rarely leave reviews for places as I know running a business in Nigeria is hard but this was beyond unacceptable. Please beware.

No elevator, flooded bathroom and light went out twice at night. Also room has a persisting odor. I had to check out after one night of a 4 night stay and the hotel refused to refund the remaining 3 nights that I did not stay. Very disappointing and I feel ripped off.

The hotel was nice overall. The pool area is very nice however it would have been nice if they had service for drinks and food by the pool. The room as good except the shower glass was a bit awkward and didn't open very well. Also the tv channels were continually breaking up or freezing and the tv had backlights that could be seen in the picture. Overall the hotel was acceptable.

I liked the hotel location, but don’t like the hotel itself, it is very dirty (room, gym, pool area etc), the room furniture is very old and not in proper conditions , the AC was bad, room smell is bad , the toilet area is very narrow and annoying, The breakfast was very limited even they are not refill if something finished

I'd not book here again
Staff friendly, only issue was poor state of barhroom, hot water supply via shower was brown, iron colour n smell. Broken tiles and door handle as well as no toilet paper on arrival. Breakfast set up very poor. Limited food (trays empty). Could improve but very much a has been hotel (look and feel).

Highly recommend this lovely and peaceful hotel
Wonderful place for relaxation. Beautiful gardens and pool and lovely outlook to the water. The place is kept very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the Chef makes delicious food. The only slightly less than excellent part was the shower fittings. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The bath tubs are very dangerous. I ask for a mat but was never able to attain one. Bad design all the way around in restrooms! Staff was super nice, beautiful property, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because of my experience with the shower.

The surrounding area was very nice. Was not allowed to check in early but asked to have a seat as if we would be allowed in a reasonable amount of time. It was 11am. We sat til 11:30. If we couldn’t check in early they could have said so or let us know how long the wait would be. The floor in the room was dirty once we checked in. The place was nice along with surrounding areas, but it could’ve been better. We needed to extend but no one inquired until the day we were leaving and a new booking was already made at another hotel.

Upon arrival was greeted by surly staff who acted as though it was a great favour for them to check me in. The room amenities were terrible the bathroom toilet was set at an angle down so that is one were to sit on it the cover would fall onto your back. The air conditioner was ineffective so little sleep after a long journey. The breakfast was abysmal shocking. I had booked for 3 nights but moved out after one i was definitely miss sold by Expedia on this hotel and wii be making representations to them

Nice hotel but lack in maintenance. Room ceiling full of mold. Hot water not hot. Checked in for a quiet new year night but got an illigal house party during curfew starting at 11pm and still ongoing at 4 AM when we checked out as the noise was deafening. Worst stay ever and not worth the money
