Welcome to our newest Haro Heights 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit plus den comes with underground secured parking, bike storage, in-suite laundry, high-end furnishings, and kitchen. Haro Heights is located in the prestigious Cordova Bay neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean and beach. Small grocery and Italian grocery are on the lobby level which also offers coffee, tea, goodies, and basics. Nearby are the pharmacy, postbox, The Beach House restaurant, and so many more appealing details.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are before 30 days of travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.
