We are very sorry to read that we didn't do anything for you. The receptionist after your calling left the reception for your room, but found your door closed. The hotel is one of the most important and historical hotels of the city centre, it's famous for hosting great artists who were performing at the Teatro Olimpico during the end of the 20th century. The artists have been fascinated by the main and beautiful staircase which connect the entrance and the upper floors, typical of the old palaces, and by the terrace with a breathtaking view of the city’s roofs. The colours cardinal red, ultramarine blue and old rose characterize furniture and details and remind a refined and captivating atmosphere of ancient times. Furniture are original of the beginning of XX Century and Palladian floor is one of the most expensive and precious.
