Translation ... Beautiful, very quiet area with everything you need Total comfort, jaccuzzi ready for use all the time, ideal for families with teenage children as 2 bathrooms. Clean and well maintained. A huge terrace with stunning views. The apartment was well heated when we arrived and the conditions for winter sports were good throughout the stay. This place has made a name for itself and we will definitely come back. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in our holiday home we look forward to welcoming you again soon - thanks for this review.

We are not sure what has prompted this comment , the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with a range of appliances including electric hand blender, chopper, whisk, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge with freezer box,microwave, oven, hob, raclette/grill and fondue equipment and usual utensils. Please ask if you have a specific need.

Hi thanks for your review we are pleased you had a great holiday. Can you advise a bit more detail on the jacuzzi functionality - sometimes clients switch off the jets . We will investigate and make sure this is sorted for the ski season.

Glad you enjoyed staying with us , it is an awesome location high up in the mountains yet 25 minutes from Sion, Switzerland's oldest city - great to explore.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay - thanks for you review and feedback it is really helpful to us to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience at One Les CImes. Our managing agent Thyon Immobilier is available in the resort to quickly deal with maintenance niggles that inevitably come up from time to time. There is usually a stock of spare bulbs in the apartment to to deal with blown bulbs etc. We have made inquiries and understand that the light was fixed quickly by Thyon Immo during your stay & light has been restored to the bathroom. Thanks for letting them know. As for the pillows, we are sorry you did not feel they were up to scratch and we will address this point for future guests. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
