Bel hotel
Bel hôtel avec un personnel vraiment à notre service. Seule déception nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes et le lit pour la 3eme personé n’était pas fait. Nous l’avons fait nous mêmes et avons du aller chercher des draps.

une halte de sérénité en Floride
Même si Vero Beach présente peu d'intérêt pour les touristes, l'hôtel Springhill est vraiment très bien. Chambre superbe, accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner de qualité, piscine chauffée (ce qui est un vrai plus au mois de fevrier), environnement calme. Un hotel à conseiller sans soucis.

Très belle chambre, grande et confortable, avec coin salon, toilettes séparées de la salle d'eau. Un seul bémol : pas de séche-serviettes juste un petit crochet pour accrocher 1 serviette. Sinon très bel établissement, décoration très sympa, couleurs et accessoirisation (coussin, rideaux...) très bien. Personnel aimable et accueillant, prêt à rendre service. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Emplacement très calme.

that The front de staff is extremely nice. I haadvisen in the Customer Service Business for over forty years. I wish I had the staff that SpringHill Suites Marriott has. This includes the people setting up the morning buffets. The Housekeeping staff. The only thing I would advice is; housekeeping move the end tables beside the bed. I was plugging in my Laptop and found some ancient crumbs and dust bunnies. The rest of the room was very clean. I can't wait to stay there again.

Nothing unique about the property. The bathrooms in the rooms are very odd. A waste of space the way they built them. Could use some updating but otherwise it worked well for our short stay.

The positive was that the room was a nice size and we were comfortable. The negatives were that the rooms showed wear and tear, the pillows were way too soft and very uncomfortable, and the round mirror in the shower room was extremely dim. We asked the front desk eBay was the secret to turning the light up and were told that everyone complains about them but there is no way to turn them up any brighter.

The air conditioning unit leaked causing cold wet carpet. The issue was reported to staff 2 times. Only when housekeeping reported the issue was a blower placed in the room to dry the carpet. Staff then forgot about the blower unit and did not remove it until I requested. The bathtub was an obvious replacement unit tub that was too small to safely place your feet to shower. The toaster at breakfast would not even toast a bagel. Disappointing stay.
