I love staying here. 10 minutes from airport... 3 minute walk to the beach.. less then 2 miles to restaurants and entertainment! What more could a girls trip need?! Very nicely stocked and organized and plenty of space. See you next year!

Jim promptly returned several calls. The pool is covered with a lanai and heated to 90. We spent hours there as a family. Fun golf cart that can go on any road except A1A. Great location. House is bigger than the pictures show. Very short walk to the beach. Lots to do in and around Vero Beach. 5 stars!

The location is great! It's only a short walk to South Beach. It was also nice to have a pool in the backyard. The house is roomy and fit our family of six adults quite well. While we did not meet the host, he contacted us prior to our arrival with instructions and a way to contact him if necessary.I cannot give a five star rating because the bath and bed linens were old, worn out, and stained. The kitchen was disorganized, with old food in the refrigerator and cupboards. Many of the dishes and glassware needed to be rewashed as they were not thoroughly cleaned before putting them away.This was an expensive stay and did not meet our expectations of cleanliness. In fact, I needed to purchase new sheets and towels for the stay.

Great place! Host "Uncle Jim" is phenomenal. We had a wonderful time. Jim is very quick to help whenever needed. I have to say after using VRBO for nearly 14 years; Jim not only sets the bar, but IS the bar for all owners/hosts. You will not regret your stay. Beach is a quick walk away, but why not just drive the lifted 6 person golf cart, and arive in style. Pet friendly, and just a great tucked away beach home. Thank you Jim for your hospitality! Perfect family vacation home!

The home was super clean and ready for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of towels and things. Our kids loved having the pool to chill out in after a day at the beach. The golf cart was a convenient way to get to south beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Week long stay in Paradise

Beautiful location, literally minutes away from the beach. So cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked just like home. If you need something, just look, it's there. All of your needs are anticipated. SO CLEAN! We were overwhelmed by the beauty of this property. Pictures don't do it justice. We would love to bring our kids and grandkids back with us next year. Vero Beach

This was a great location!A 5 min walk to the beach, not far from downtown Vero, a Pizza place 1block away and a couple restaurants within walking.The house was nice and suited our needs perfectly!I guess the only negative I would have was the pool area, which was nice, just didn’t get enough sun for me because of trees. But I’m a sun person!Also, if you were there when it was a little warmer, you might like that option. The owner was very quick to get back to me when I had any questions.I only wish we had rented for 2 weeks.Was very clean also!

Great Vero home near the beach

I've been going to Vero for 20 years and usually stay north of town but we needed more space this trip. Really enjoyed this house, east of A1A, super close to the beach. We had fun on the golf cart, took it to town via back roads multiple times (Club and Ocean dr). The house itself was more spacious that expected, just bathrooms a bit dated. Plenty of space for our party of 6 and house had a baby pack and play and a high chair. We loved the screened in porch and pool area too!

The best vacation stay ever

We will go back stay at this property again. Very clean, nice location and within walking distance to the beach but Jim has a golf cart we used. He is so kind. He called to check in on us and answered several questions i had. Great host.

Perfect for families

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean, it's super close to the beach, grocery, restaurants, and the pool was nice. It was a great perk having a set of wheels to go around the island. The home is a little dated but everything was in working order. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is a great place to stay in Vero. Short golf cart ride or walk to the beach. Close to the restaurants and bars. It has a nice pool to cool off in and lots of space inside. The host, Jim, is awesome also.

Felt Like Home

The first thing you realize about the house is its marvelous location so close to the beach. It truly is only a 3 minute walk to the walkway to the beach which is beautiful. The house is also only 5 minutes by car to the grocery store and other shopping. We went to Riverside Theater to see our granddaughter perform and the theater is also only 5 minutes away. The house has great landscaping making it feel very private. The heated pool and lanai are perfect for relaxing. Jim the owner, was very responsive to our communications whether we had an issue or a request. We loved Vero Beach and definitely would stay at Jim’s house again.

Enjoyable Stay

This was our first trip to Vero after my elderly parents stopped "snowbirding" in 2022 (after 32 years of coming to Vero).We spent 8 days at the house and had a great time. Jim, the host, was very responsive and quickly helped resolve a couple of very minor issues at check-in. The pool was great and the foilage/landscaping provided a great deal of privacy. The house comes with a 6-person golf cart that was fantastic to use on the island. We used it often to ride up for meals, nights out, beach trip, etc. The beach is very close and easily accessible. You'll also find 4 restaurants within walking distance - a pizza place, Caribbean Hotel where we enjoyed a nice breakfast and the piano bar on a couple of nights, a fine dining at a French Restaurant and an Italian restaurant....all within 2 blocks. The house is well located to access much of the island and hit the key spots. The wifi worked great while we were there (lowercase password!), and the TV's had a variety of streaming options. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. A couple parts of the house were a bit cluttered and/or showing their age, and needed a little bit of refreshing, but overall it's a great vacation spot. We will be coming back to Vero!

Jim, the owner, is a great communicator! He responded promptly to any questions. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Beach, several restaurants and having a Golf cart. It was wonderful having a heated private pool! Grandchildren who visited us also enjoyed being so convenient to beach and town.

Very Relaxing

This house is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath single level. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach is an easy walk straight down the street. You can take the public path between two condos or 100 yards further is South Beach Park, with parking and bathroom facilities. You can hear the waves breaking on your morning walk. Two nice upscale restaurants are within walking distance, as is a pizza place. Publix and other retail are across the bridge, about 10 mins drive. The beach here is much wider than further north, but this house has a 4 person golf cart that you can use to drive about 10 mins to a nice beach location. When we weren't at the beach, we spent most of the time in the screened back porch next to the pool. It's surrounded by trees and very private. The kitchen is small, but functional and adequately stocked with cookware and utensils. The owner is super friendly and responsive. I remote worked most of our stay and the internet was fast and reliable. At the end of the day, I closed my laptop and within minutes I was sitting on the beach, zoning out, watching the waves break. and wishing I was back in a cubicle. Not!!
