Very nice hotel specially for families, tons of places to walk to in the vicinity, close drive to Kelowna and main attractions. Pool and dining are very cute.

Did a Vernon staycation with a friend visiting from out of town. Was so fantastic! The courtyard, pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommending staying here.

Could not get comfortable in the room...too cold when we arrived and that night. Next 2 nights too warm . Antiquated system. Pretty bare bones banquet both nights. No beef served. Why served fridge solid whipped butter that can't be spread.?

The water supply in shower room is really poor. All the rest are super cool especially the pool and hot tub in the center of the hall, kinda tropical vibe.

Nice, quiet place. The pool seemed to be cold, it would be nicer if it was heated. Hotel is nice and clean. Stuff is polite.

Loooved the plants and feel of the centre area with the creek running through. Brunch on Sunday was fantastic, overall loved our stay and our kids still talk about it all the time!

I had looked on line see what rooms had. What I reserved was jacuzzi room. It had jacuzzi tub in bathroom but no jets on it. So it’s not jacuzzi it’s just a tub!!

We stayed overnight in a courtyard view room. It was clean, the staff were nice, and my daughter loved the pool. My only complaint is that the music from the interior restaurant was loud and played all day and past 10 pm.

This was the second year in a row that we came here and it didn’t disappoint. Last year we came with a large group for U9 lacrosse and this year with just our immediate family. The pool is amazing and the staff were great !

Loved the feeling of being in a tropical oasis in the Okanagan desert. Rooms are clean but old decor. Pool and hot tub are great. Staff was excellent.
