Great location close to our kids. Our family skies there. unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend, and they could not ski. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean. Property manager paid close attention to detail. Loved all her little touches to having items if needed in a pinch. When asked a question, I received an immediate response. Would absolutely stay there again!

Loved it!
We were very comfortable in the studio apartment. I am very picky about having a clean place and this fit the bill. I am also sensitive to smells and this place was perfect. We came for a wedding but also got in a hike. If you like to hike check out Stairway to Heaven.

Wonderful Mini Vacation!
This studio at the Appalachian was super clean, warm, inviting and perfect for what we planned. The Host made instructions very clear, making our stay simple and easy. We had a fun fall mini vacation and would definitely stay again at a condo owned by Kristof and Barbara.

Parking garage spaces to small to park in and takes 5 trys to get out of space, no entertainment on premises, front desk clerk was rude, and the smell they pump in over powering, and only floor air conditioner..no central air.

Great Value!
Stayed here for the Spartan Race weekend. The location was perfect, the owners had great communication, the price was better than anything else around for what we got. Really enjoyed the stay. The kitchenette is very limited, but nice for light work, and the fireplace is actually just a fake LED set up, with no heat as far as we could tell. These things were not important to us, but thought it’s worth mentioning incase that’s important to you. Overall wonderful experience!

I had to get a quiet, clean, germ-free place on short notice for me and my son who is in hospice care - it totally fit the bill. It wasn’t a Happy visit but it was very helpful . We we’re staying at my sister’s place and they contracted Covid when they were in Spain. We got out before they came home. Appalachian was out of season but we just needed a quiet space where Doug could sleep- it was perfect and reasonably priced. Thanks for the mini staycation - it was a blessing.

Everything we thought this visit would offer was fulfilled and beyond. Vernon Nj Is a quiet brilliant spot in the state and this rental graciously revels in the beauty that is NJ!!

Perfect for what we needed.
We had a wedding not too far from Mountain Creek. The place was spotless. It was quiet for sleeping. It is accurately described and the host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. The grounds were enjoyable as well. Seems that there is a lot to do on the resort. We didn’t have time or weather for the pool but it looked very inviting. For me the quiet and the cleanliness was key!!

Weekend Getaway
The instructions to check in were very clear and it was nice that we were given suggestions of activities around the area. Very nice and clean room. Only issue is that the garage card deactivated if you put it next to your phone so you have to be really careful about that. Otherwise the owners were really responsive.

Super nice communication and provided with all possible details! Super comfy, everything to cook a little bit, like omelette for breakfast- perfect and safe money. Coffee machine, all utensils, fridge, huge bathroom with the tub! Warm, fireplace! And all windows could be opened. Huge bad and sofa! Additional pillows and blankets in case. Shampoos and soap, and hair dryer all in the unit. Don’t need to bring much.

Convenient for hikers
I used the place in order to do some hiking on the Appalachian Trail in New Jersey. It is in close proximity to many of the parking areas from which one can access the AT and also to several state parks. The room has a kitchenette that enabled me to prepare breakfast so that I can get started early in the morning. It is spacious and comfortable, and the owners provided detailed instructions about check-in and about the area's attractions.

Great Condo, Great Host
Host was incredibly communicative, answering my questions right away. She provided a plethora of information about the resort as well as the area. Parking choices are great, either garaged with elevator or outdoors right outside the building (20 sec walk to condo door). Very clean and comfy. She even provided shampoo & conditioner and other amenities expected of a hotel rather than a VRBO. Super cozy fireplace, good-sized mini-fridge, and plates, flatware etc all provided. Pools and hot tub were awesome after a long day of walking for us. There's also a sauna. We stayed in Oct, very quiet, in fact we had the pools to ourselves. Overall great experience.

Fantastic room
The room is very close to the center of the hotel. Near the lobby elevator with quick access to the pool and other amenities of the Appalachian. The instructions we received from the owner where clear and explained a lot about the property. The room was very nice, it was clean and bright. Our communication with the owner was very easy, they where fast to respond and helpful. This was a great place to stay.
