« DECEPTIVE LISTING!! THIS IS SHARED SPACE! We booked this "entire home". When we arrived, we were told that the host shares the living space and kitchen! Her listing says we have the entire home and that host lives "on opposite side of property" - not true! She's IN the house! My bf went to make toast and Mary immediately came out and started talking. « Exceptional hosts, a beautiful space, out of a story book western. The shower/bath is one of the nicest I've been to, and the exansive views are priceless. I extended by a few days, didn't want to go anywhere, just to be and look at the hills and open sky. »

« This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back. »

« 2 blocks from the ocean with ample amenities (HOT TUB) and plenty of parking. Great for couples or families with 1-2 small kids. Great inventory of kitchen supplies and a grill that must be almost brand new... it worked like a charm! The only knock was the mini-ADU in the back didn't have adequate sleeping pads (the city made them remove 2 weeks prior to our check in but that message didn't get to us.). »
