« We had a nice stay at this home. It was quiet, near the beach, and had a nice backyard with hot tub. Communication with the host was easy— I was apprehensive because I saw the most recent review on another booking site at the time that said the kitchen was not well stocked. « The place has been remodeled and is beautiful, The spa is great it's just such nice place to feel the beach scene. The magnificent bathroom was amazing. After my wife took a shower she said "That was the best shower ever, my hair is so clean" The owner was great, can't say enough what a treasure it is. »

« GOOD: Location is close to nice beach. House is spacious. Owner responded quickly to issue at check-in. MEH: We arrived 15 minutes after allowed check-in time. Cleaner was still working and driveway completely blocked. An annoying delay after a long drive. BAD: We rented a house instead of staying at a hotel in order to be able to cook meals together. Unfortunately the owner did not stock this kitchen well. There were barely enough utensils…only 1 set per person meant dinner, salad, dessert...

« Felt the need for a fall weekend getaway from the LA area. Had a wonderful time ulrelaxing in the house, walkimg the neighborhood and beach. There was a cute farmers market we visited. The house also had games and beach equipment in great condition that we took advantage of as well. Will definitely plan to repeat in future stays in the area. »

« Oak Canyon Ranch is a one-of-a-kind property!We gathered a group of 10 for a mix of hoteling and retreating - the amount of varied gathering spaces was incredible (outdoor and indoor dining tables, retreating space, A/V capabilities, outdoor exercise space, etc) Moreover, each individual cabin is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable (though the air fresheners were a tad bit strong for some in our party - easily solvable!) - all of our guests were thrilled and slept so well. « Myself and a few friends rented the Retro Cottage while we were playing in a field hockey tournament. The location was perfect because you could walk to a main strip where there were coffee shops amd plenty of restaurants. Down the road further there were high end shops and more restaurant options. Ça sent l’humidité et le déjeuner était obsolète (il n’y avait plus de beurre, d’œufs, de patates à 9h…). "Hôtel situé à 5min de la plage et possédant une piscine correcte Le personnel d'accueil est efficace et agréable De nombreux restaurants et surtout fast-foods entourent celui-ci Côté chambre celle-ci est vraiment petite pour 4, il est difficile d'ouvrir ne serait-ce qu'une valise au sol Mais le plus désagréable sera le bruit ambiant avec une isolation médiocre et des clients qui parlent à tout heure durant la nuit ..."
