Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. »

« The house was spacious and grand - a great location and layout for our three generation group. We appreciated the family friendly furnishing and amenities, with a special shout-out from the kids for the delightful game room and beach toys! Zelman was very accessible and accommodating. Lots of fun for all!! »

« Amazing property location, even for it being a 2 unit house. It was nice to have 2 fridges, coffee makers, twice as many dishes and cookware, many bathrooms to choose from, washer and dryer easily accessible in both units, etc etc. Really nice to have the downstairs unit because was perfect to separate the kids so they can sleep. Super quiet too. It also made it easier access for bathroom runs when out on the beach. I loved how the house provided all beach accessories and needs. From toys, to...

« The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. »

« Nice separate room self contained on a secure property. Worked out perfect with easy access to the freeway and any food or shopping within 5 minutes distance. The property host is on site, very nice, and answers any questions at a moments notice. It's also very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. Much better deal than a local hotel. »

« Myself and a few friends rented the Retro Cottage while we were playing in a field hockey tournament. The location was perfect because you could walk to a main strip where there were coffee shops amd plenty of restaurants. Down the road further there were high end shops and more restaurant options. "J’avais de grandes attentes sur cet hôtel déjà vu le prix. On paie pour la vue c’est tout. C’est au bord de la Highway 1 , de l’autoroute 101. Et pour couronner le tout le passage du train qui siffle !! On a l’impression de dormir sur la route tellement c’est mal insonoriser. Ne prenez pas petit déjeuné compris car c’est light un croissant un bol de céréales et soit un café soit un jus et si vous voulez du salé vous payez en plus Pas très propre non plus. Les encadrements de portes collaient et les fenêtres pas faites depuis un bon bout de temps. "

"Hôtel décevant. Chambre extrêmement bruyante . On entend tous les bruits de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur. Ça sent l’humidité et le déjeuner était obsolète (il n’y avait plus de beurre, d’œufs, de patates à 9h…). C’est aussi catastrophique au niveau environnemental (tout est en plastique et jeté dans la poubelle. "
