The space
Entry via a private doorway with keypad lock and locking security mesh door. Vaulted living room on the Left, offers a sumptuous real leather couch & 70”HD TV with Prime, Netflix & Sling. Large wood ceiling fan keeps the space cool or warm depending on the season. A pair of vintage chairs, sofa end tables, vintage glass coffee table & multiple lighting zones make for a dynamic space day or night.

Off of the living room a very private patio, Propane BBQ w/burner, vintage chairs & table for dining/lounging. From the patio the ‘wine barrel garden’ professionally maintained Wednesdays between 10-4pm. (NOT Shared W/2nd Unit) Tall mature hedge offers privacy for the Adirondack chairs and small propane fire bowl.

To the Right of the entry, a versatile dining room, table for 6, for working or feasting – and a custom galley kitchen, well stocked with basic spices & much more. Quality pots & pans; including restored vintage cast iron & SHARP Henkel knifes. Full sized refrigerator, w/ basic condiments, bottled water, a couple of local brews, & bottle of my house white wine. Complimentary snacks even including gluten free - & of course chocolate! Utensils, bowls, roaster, crock pot and mini-chop. OH YES, coffee station with generous starter pack of pods! Grab some groceries from the local Vons (3 min away) and whip up a gourmet meal or pop something into the over the stove microwave! Win/Win!

Doorway from main living area leads to a hallway that offers a stacking laundry set and closet filled w/ laundry supplies as well as beach towels, puzzles & board games.

Across the hallway from the laundry, large main bath with shower/ tub; vanity, loads of fluffy towels and a supply of toiletries often forgotten during a quick pack.

Turning Left from the hallway the Master Bedroom (firm Queen bed w/memory foam topper) and pillow choices from firm to um ‘flat’, LoL. Dual mirrored closets and an ensuite half-bath. Layers of lighting from bedside to overhead w/fan and 80” HD TV. Luggage racks within closets also provided. Windows overlook the ‘wine barrel garden’ and tall privacy hedge. Calming textures and colors make for a beautiful calming respite, from even the most hectic days.

Turning Right from the center hallway a bedroom with two comfy twin beds, THERE IS A SMALL FEE FOR USE OF THIS 2ND BEDROOM BOOK FOR 3 GUESTS. Dual closets, 60” TV and corner bookshelf with lower shelf devoted to literature for bedtime stories or reading & daydreaming. Large windows face the robust hedge giving the feeling of being in a garden suite. Twin bedroom does have a keypad lock and only offered for bookings of 4 persons. (if only 2 persons in your group, & don't plan on sharing the QN bed book for 4 - extra cleaning, laundry, etc.)

Pamo Babe Pack&Play (with linens) also, a baby-Highchair and Diaper Geni, available for $60 per stay; via keypad on the locked closet located in center hallway. Pamo Babe Pack assembly instructions can be found in House book or perhaps a vidio from the internet (smiles)

All bedrooms offer high-end Italian Frette, linens or on occasion sumptuous vintage linens from my vast collection (nothing like vintage LINEN when the mercury rises!) Thick bathroom towels (80 gram weight) in sparkling white offer an opulent feel with William Roam Toiletries and many extra ;)

Strong WIFI, safe neighborhood ,and should you be traveling for a family meet up; there is the ability to have your family or colleagues book the One Bedroom and/or Stuidio unit, on the same property.

All of the home is available to guests booking this listing, including the patio and 'Wine Barrel Garden' w/propane fire pit. These areas are NOT shared with the 2nd half of the duplex; they exist simply for guests of what I affectionately call MidTown2 - of note I own the entire building, this is NOT a rental arbitrage AirBnb.
