This home is beautiful and well appointed. Lovely kitchen, clean bathroom and rest of the house. Comfy couches, great yard! Overall, just a really lovely property.
It can be a challenge to find a property that allows dogs, but this listing allowed me to bring my two small pups and the yard was enclosed, so a great space for them too. The neighborhood was good for walking and my girls were entertained by the goings on on the street while watching through the front window and in the front courtyard.
The host, Tim, was very helpful and accessible. The street the home is on is a bit busy for a suburbanite, but these folks have put a lot of thought and care into this place and even had a sound machine in the main bedroom. The notes on the cabinets describing contents, which was helpful. This house felt more a home than just a rental property
The email to access the property was very detailed and accurate and I used it often (until it somehow got lost in cyberspace and I had to text Tim for some of this info).
