A beautiful well presented boutique hotel in a very convenient location with walking to all major Venetian attractions. Easy to get to using the water taxi from the airport, Elia was a fantastic host with great communication before and during our stay with directions to find the hotel, good local attractions and restaurants. Nothing was to much trouble and the welcome Prosecco and farewell coffee & cake was well received. Thank you to the team at Ninfea and I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Personalized Service at this Beautiful Hotel!
My husband and I stayed at Ninfea Luxury Suites for two nights and it was fabulous! We were welcomed with coffee, tea and cookies during our check-in and brought up to our room on the second floor which was spacious and had more than everything we could have needed. My first thought was how beautifully decorated our room was. I loved it! So unique and the attention to every detail was noticed. This is a family run business and they are the sweetest and kindest people. We wish we could have stayed another day as there is just so much to see in Venice! Anytime we needed help with transport or finding some particular place Elia was quick to get our map out and show us the way! He also assisted us with contacting our water taxi company to set up our meeting place to depart for the airport in the am. We were ending our two week 40th Anniversary trip with our stay in Venice, and it did not disappoint. Ninfea Suites was the perfect little Boutique hotel for us! They even surprised us with some delicious chocolate, champagne and a gorgeous vase to put roses in that my husband got me. All in all, a fabulous place that the owners take great pride in. We feel so fortunate to have ended our trip in Venice and at Ninfea Luxury Suites!

This was a terrific, new hotel...an old building renovated for a new use. Very efficient and contemporary amenities. It's a family run operation, and the most notable asset was the manager -- Elia. He lined up a water taxi for us. Met us at the drop-off point and walked us to the hotel. First time in Venice, so we needed that. We got the same escort when we left the hotel a couple days later. Elia made it a great stay, much more easygoing than it would have been.

Ninfea was a special place in Venice. Elia, welcome us and guide us to the property taking care of our luggage. He even coordinated the private taxi (a must to transport from airport to Venice). Veldig fint sted, få, veldig smakfulle rom, personlig service. Det er ingen resepsjon, og nesten all kommunikasjon skjer elektronisk, - bortsett fra ved ankomst. Ligger svært sentralt, og også nær kanalen, dersom man ønsker båttransport f.eks. til og fra flyplassen. Dette kan ordnes av vertskapet. Merk, frokost er ikke inkludert og inntas på en nærliggende kafe. Le Cafe ble anbefalt. Fint sted!

Stayed over there for 1 night, but I was very pleased with everything. Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. And it’s really clean. Everyone really tried to help with everything. It was the first hotel in Italy that we truly had a good pillow. After 16 days it’s important :). They’ve got only 6 rooms so if you’ve got a chance reserve one of them. I literally cannot say enough good things about this property! They only opened in February of this year but don’t let the lack of reviews intimidate you. This is a GEM in Venice. This is a family owned/operated boutique hotel and so it gives a really homey but luxurious vibe. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a fresh spritzer and visited with the owner a bit about things to do in Venice and places to eat. They were more than willing to arrange any reservations or transportation for us. They helped us get our luggage to our second story room so we didn’t have to take it up stairs, and also had us leave our luggage in the room when we were checking out and had it waiting for us downstairs when we got back from breakfast. They helped us navigate getting tickets and getting onto the public taxi boat system, and even went as far as to walk our luggage over the only bridge! Throughout our entire stay they literally went above and beyond, my husband and I were stunned. The room itself was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Italy. The bed was comfortable and the shower alone had 3 sprayers. I’m someone who is really picky and apprehensive about hotels and this one just felt clean and homey. The location is also amazing, just a 7 minute walk to St. Marks square and extremely close to many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We only stayed here for our final night in Venice but would certainly return for longer. Comfortable and modern with all the classic touches in a great part of the island for what we desired. Absolutely our favorite stay of the many we had while traveling. The concierge met us earlier than he’d normally be there so we could drop our things before a scheduled tour and our luggage was waiting in our room when we got back. Very clean, the COMFIEST bed WITH A DUVET (why do no European hotels have duvets??) and we were bummed we could only stay one night.

The entire experience with Ninfea Luxury Suites was outstanding. Elia who runs the property along with his family went above and beyond to make arrangements to and from the airport and the train station with a local water taxi company for us. He met us at the dock to help us with our bags and to make sure we found the property. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us his personal cell phone number sending us links to restaurants and great local places and checking in to make sure we were getting around ok. The boutique hotel itself is insanely beautiful and well appointed. The AC was awesome and it was over 100 degrees and the bathroom was very large. Nothing was missed. Everything about our experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites was inviting and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Elia and his family went above and beyond to make me and my parents feel comfortable and well-taken care of. Honestly this was 5-star hotel service -- he went to a local grocery store to find non-dairy breakfast items for me as I'm allergic to milk. On top of this, the rooms are beautiful, large (for italy), on a quiet street but just a 2 min walk away from all the action. I highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Modern hotel with an elevator!! Room was tight due to king bed but manageable ! Arrange for water taxi thru NINFEA--otherwise it is a 15 minute walk over 4 canals & their bridges. Friendly helpful staff. GREAT location for restaurants and walking around Old Venice!!

Ninfea Suite “Camilia”
Prior to our arrival in Venice, Elia (son of the owners of Ninfea), contacted us to inquire if he could further assist us in getting to the hotel and even assisted us in getting a water taxi. We unfortunately were not able to partake in this private water taxi ride to the hotel because we made prior arrangements with another company. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by his parents in this elegantly decorated lobby. We arrived early but they were kind enough to store our luggages until our check in time. They even offered us coffee and cappuccino, served with delicious biscuits. In addition, they suggested several great restaurants and even an Asian fusion restaurant (a gem in Italy in our books after having driven through Italy from Venice to Milan through the Dolomites)! We only stayed one night, but we regret not dedicating more time for Venice. Our room was only one of the few suites available at the hotel. The massive suite have exceptionally tall ceilings, elegant beddings, curtains, furnitures, and towels. The shower and toilet is in pristine condition and very modern. At the end of our stay, Elia not only allowed for us to store our luggage while we go out to find a gondola ride before our departure, he also suggested several locations that we should try for gondola rides. He went above and beyond by helping us sort out our car rental situation and arrange for a water taxi back to the airport.

Suites muy cómodas, nuevas con ubicación excelente
El hotel es excepcional, las habitaciones muy cómodas y nuevas, la aromaterapia huele muy bien. Elia, el chico que nos atendió es muy amable y atento siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación de la propiedad es excepcional.

Ninfea is a gem. A family run boutique hotel that gives attention to every detail. Perfectly located near all major attractions yet a quiet oasis from the bustle of tourist crowds. The hosts are lovely and have an interesting connection to Canada. Thank you for making our stay in Venice truly memorable.

Best hotel concierge ever
The hotel was very cute and situated very nicely. The concierge was very helpful to call us a water taxi to and from the station. He was also able to provide us information to checkin after hours and get to the room at night. The only issue was the breakfast was at a near by cafe, and cafe was rude and we never went back there again, but not the issue from this hotel itself.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great. The rooms are very well appointed. The property manager was also so helpful with logistics around Venice. He welcomed us with a Bellini and made checkin delightful. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Maravilhoso
Ficamos neste hotel durante o Carnaval e foi uma estadia memoravel. A localização é estupenda, e o quarto absolutamente magnifico. Luigi e Elia são impecaveis e atenderam a todas as necessidades. Excelente cama e respectiva roupa. Limpeza impecavel. Nenhum defeito a apontar.
