Superbe appartement au plus près de Saint Marc
L’appartement est à deux pas de Saint Marc, il est refait à neuf donc parfaitement propre et joli. Le propriétaire est très conciliant sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous espérons revenir dans cet appartement.

Great Location
Great location just steps from San Marco Square and within walking distance of many other attractions. Great food and shopping in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again!

Best location , everything you need!
We loved the sweet little condo. 2 bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen and wifi! You can get anywhere in about 5 to 15 minute walk. You’re a block from San Marco, but it’s so quiet to sleep. We loved it and Luigi and team were so wonderful! We will be back, and will stay here again. Grazie Nicole

Perfect home away from home in Rome
Great place, location and very accommodating to guests. Exactly as described. Very close to Roma Termini which made it easily accessible to everything (less than 5 mins walk to the train station). Just keep in mind the apartment is on the fourth floor (easy flight of stairs) - there is an elevator for accessibility needs, however, it was down for 2 days when we were there. This did not impact our stay at all but thought I would mention in case other families have accessibility needs. Communicating with owners was easy and they were easily accessible. My teen boys all enjoyed this place very much. Location has many options nearby to eat, grocery, drink, and sight-seeing. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful apartment with AC steps from San Marco
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment at the beginning of July. The apartment AC worked wonderfully well and cooled us down quickly. Because of the location of the apartment we could return during the heat of the day to refresh without losing any time. There was lots of space and we instantly felt at home. We also happened to be in Venice during a festival that involved fireworks going off from 11:30-midnight. While we did hear the fireworks (expected as they were right above us) we did not hear anything other noise due to the crowds. It’s a great apartment, in a fantastic location with great AC.

Optimal location for visiting Venice
The flat was an ideal location for visiting Venice. Plenty of room in the apartment and the apartment is very nice. Being just a few minutes from San Marco is really great with good restaurants and shopping all surrounding the apartment. We didn't realize that this is really the central tourist location for Venice. Gondola rides around every corner. We took the ferry ride from the airport directly to San Marco which I recommend. The hosts were also flexible, letting us drop off our luggage early and check-in early as we arrived ahead of schedule.

Great location in Venice
We loved this apartment! It was so close to San Marco and lots of shops and restaurants, plus it’s central to Venice so you can walk practically anywhere. It also felt very safe and secure. My daughter loved the street facing bedroom with single beds. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonder stay in the heart of Venice
We had a lovely time in the very heart of Venice! The home is literally steps from the Cathedral making it unbelievably central to everything! The unit was clean and exactly as advertised! We would return here if we ever return to Venice!

It was very conveniently located. As described in Vrbo. Great value, easy to communicate. Very modern design . All white. ( I was originally drawn to al the paintings and color....missed that a bit. For price it is the best. 5 stars!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut mit allem was man zum kochen braucht eingerichtet. Das Wlan ist gut. Alles Infos zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung liegen gut aufbereitet auf dem Küchentisch.Die Lage direkt am Markusplatz ist hervorragend.

Incredible location
This apartment is so close to Piazza San Marco that you feel you are living there. As busy and crowded as that area is, the apartment is down a quiet narrow street. The crowds did not bother us at all. The hosts were welcoming and gave great suggestions for things to do and where to eat as the locals do. In fact, they arrived at the restaurant for their own dinner shortly after we ordered!! A fantastic place to stay in one of the loveliest cities.

Wonderful!
The location was perfect; we could not ask for a better spot. The apartment was very comfortable for five adults and a baby. Both the manager, Max, and the apartment owner were immediately accessible for any problems. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect location and very comfortable.
The property has a fantastic location, literally steps away from St Mark's square but very peaceful once inside. The apartment was well equipped and air conditioning was very welcome in the July heat. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) were very comfortable, plenty of space for all of us and I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice. We loved visiting all the sites and wandering (getting lost) in the venitian streets. The only reason I have not given 5 stars was due to lack of communication with property manager. Before my arrival, I sent a few messages via Home away but no one replied. I also sent several text messages to the property manager during our stay but again no response. We did encounter a few problems with the apartment i.e. blocked shower drain, cooker not working and no internet access, although this did not impact on our enjoyment of the holiday. I am reluctant to write this hear as I really don't want it to put anyone off from renting the apartment.

Super von Kommunikation vorab bis Check in. Aufenthalt bis Abreise reibungslos. Wohnung so stylish arty, wie es die Fotos versprechen. Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Super sauber. Die Lage unschlagbar, mittendrin hat man seine Ruhe. Wir haben sooo gut geschlafen in den Betten. Wenn Venedig, dann bei Luigi!
