Description de la chambre Ă  coucher: Chambre avec salle de bains sur le terrain (Canal) Ă©tage, avec deux fenĂȘtres Ă  double directement sur le Grand Canal; les ondelettes lap six pieds sous les fenĂȘtres! En dehors de la, suite de chambre verrouillĂ©e trĂšs privĂ© il ya un hall d'accueil oĂč les clients peuvent s'asseoir et mĂȘme laisser les bagages - Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de laquelle une porte de Canal ouvre sur un quai sur le Grand Canal. A l'arriĂšre, un jardin / cour et un grand hall d'entrĂ©e sont Ă  la disposition des clients. S'il vous plaĂźt noter que lorsque les propriĂ©taires ou leurs amis restent dans l'appartement Ă  l'Ă©tage sĂ©parĂ© (ils ne sont pas toujours lĂ ), ils vont utiliser le foyer pour l'accĂšs au quai et au bateau, et l'arriĂšre cour / jardin ainsi. TĂ©lĂ©vision, Internet sans fil, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire Ă©lectrique sont disponibles. Il ya pas de cuisine mais rĂ©els ou des installations de cuisine.

Description du site: l'appartement est situĂ© dans un palais dans le quartier le plus exclusif de Venise Ă  San Marco, et donne sur le Grand Canal. Une famille cafĂ©-restaurant trĂšs populaire est Ă  une minute de la porte avant du Palazzo, oĂč un excellent petit dĂ©jeuner ainsi que les autres repas sont disponibles. Alors qu'il est trĂšs pratique pour toutes les communications, situĂ© Ă  deux minutes entre deux arrĂȘts de vaporetto (Sant'Angelo et San Samuele) et une minute d'un arrĂȘt de traghetto (de franchir le canal), dans les trois minutes pour les Ă©lĂ©gantes San Stefano carrĂ©s et dix minutes Ă  pied du Rialto, il est bien en dehors du flux touristique et trĂšs calme et paisible.

Un sogno di palazzo veneziano

Tout Ă©tait parfait, un rĂȘve. Le Palazzo Ă©tait magnifique et nous ne sommes pas lassĂ©s de regarder le Canale Grande depuis notre appartement qui Ă©tait trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©. En plus il y avait un petit jardin intĂ©rieur ravissant. Le Palazzo est trĂšs bien situĂ© entre le Rialto et la Place St. Marc, commerces et restaurants sont tout prĂšs, et les rues proches sont quand-mĂȘme trĂšs calmes. Et mĂȘme le Canale Grande est calme la nuit. J'ai dĂ©jĂ  conseillĂ© cette location Ă  des amis

Heavenly long-term stay

This property more than exceeded our expectations and we would rent again. Caretaker made exceptional transportation arrangements for us and our guests. Property is located with easy access by foot, vaporetto and water taxi. Kitchen/dining had everything we needed even for dinners on site. We had the unexpected delight to meet our host and only wish we had more time to get to know her. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again without hesitation.

Great location right on the canal

Great location, cool old building on the canal with a small deck to sit on and watch the boats. During low tide, the bathroom smelled horrendously, which we were then told was common in Venice. Living room was a shared common area that was not clear from the listing. Quite surprised that the only private area was the bedroom.

Amazing Apartment on the Grand Canal

The sweet apartment is tucked in a wonderful neighborhood in Venice within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, water taxis, and local hangouts. My fiance and I created so many memories having coffee, wine, & cheese on the boat dock watching the boat traffic pass. The host and property manager were so helpful with their recommendations as well as with helping arrange convenient transfers from the airport and to the train station. Highly recommended

Great stay on the Grand Canal!!

Very simple place but was wonderful. Convenient to San Angelo Vaporetto stop with a couple of bridges to traverse with suitcases. We really enjoyed sitting out by the canal enjoying wine watching the traffic go by.

Great location and great balcony!

Really unique place. The dock you can sit on on the grand canal is excellent! The only thing I didn't like is that the dock is shared with a unit upstairs. The unit is definitely a rental unit and not used by the owner and her friends as stated. I met the folks staying there and they rented it. They were from Canada. Also, the living room the living room is a common area.

Location, location, location!

This is our favorite location for staying in Venice. The city is at your doorstep. From the deck and out the window you can watch the city at work and play. Just a short walk away is a well stocked specialty grocery and good restaurants. Here you are away from the crowds of tourists, and at the same time, close to main sites in the city. We walked almost everywhere. For longer explorations, two vaporetto stops are close by, and a tragetto stop too. Communication is prompt and easy. Thanks Karen & Marie Helene!

How beautiful to sit out every morning and having breakfast with the boat traffic going past!! It is a perfect spot. No Gritti Palace, but good value and nice to live in the neighborhood with a 5 star local corner restaurant 100 ft up the street and a grocery store-walk to St. Mark’s

Liebesnest mit venezianischem Charme

Wer Venedig und das Leben am Wasser erleben will, besser als dort geht es nicht. Man schlĂ€ft buchstĂ€blich nur 1 m weg vom Canale Grande und kann die Boote vom Bett aus beobachten. Das Zimmer ist eher klein und man fĂŒhlt sich fast wie in einer KajĂŒte. Es fehlt aber an nichts.

perfect location, perfect casita

This property is very romantic and perfect for a couple. It has a small market and restaurant just outside the door. The market is beautiful and the variety of food and treats is amazing. It is a short walk anywhere without being in an expensive part of the city. The pier is beautiful and a great place to spend the sunset and sunrise.

Great location!

We loved the location as it’s really quite but a short walk to the city center. The private dock is perfect for enjoying the Grand Canal & the nearby restaurant has the best pizza! Charming room & perfect way to see Venice!

Absolutely loved it

The property was spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed for a get away (coffee, Prosecco, fridge etc.). The owners added their own touches (artwork/books created by them). The bathroom was very clean and stocked. The location was perfect, short walk to markets, shops and restaurants, and the people were very friendly. Arriving was easy, you just bought a ticket for the water bus/water taxi, and it was a short ride to the stop (we went via the vaporetto or the water bus). The best part was the deck on the cannel; you can truly escape the world there, if you were wanting to work, be creative or completely relax...it was perfect.

This unique , quirky little place in sensational. The walls are dressed with silk and Gustav Clinz paintings . It has its own private balcony on the Grand Canal ( sole use) and is surrounded by art and the love of art & culture. The owners are adorable too ❀ We will definitely be back xxxx

Front row seats on the Grand Canal

There were so many impressive things about this house. The absolute most impressive was the deck on the Grand Canal. We sat out there at every opportunity and watched Venice come to life in the morning and quiet down at night. The house itself was exactly as described. It was small, but it was all we needed. Despite its size, it came with many amenities including a bottle of Prosecco and coffee. The other impressive thing was the communication. We wrote to the owner about the hair dryer not working, and it was replaced immediately. Every question was answered in a timely manner. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Best Location Ever!

I have been coming to Venice on a yearly basis but this was the best location ever! I was kindly met at Sant'Angelo by Karen who navigated me to the Palazzo. The apartment is wonderful, perfect for a honeymoon experience! Although I was travelling alone to see the Art Biennale this was just as wonderful to be on the Grand Canal and view Venice from the getty and bedroom.I was so excited that I never closed the curtains at night so as I could see the canal all lit up. The location is perfect so close to St Marks Square plus of course Le Fenice and Art installations. Although it does not have a kitchen there are many places to eat near by and anyway who wants to cook on holiday! There is however a kettle, nespresso coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Perfect for making early morning coffee and chilling that Prosecco for drinking on the getty at anytime! There is an amazing bookcase of books on Venice and other literature. Plus another highlight is seeing the Artwork and Poetry of Alain Arias-Mission in the hall, sitting area.Karen Moller is also an amazing Artist and Designer. So it is privilege to stay in such wonderful place.I shall definitely be coming back again if there are any slots left now that I have told everyone how wonderful it is!! Thank you again Alain and Karen for letting me stay here! Ciao! A presto! Dominique
