The Space:

Named after Puerto Rico’s beloved “Quenepa” fruit, Villa Quenepa is your personal corner of paradise in the secure, gated Lakeside Villas community, just minutes from Dorado’s beaches and 35 minutes from San Juan. This ground entry, single floor villa sleeps up to seven guests in two of its three bedrooms. The master suite offers two queen beds facing a wallmounted TV above a multi drawer credenza, with ceiling fan and ensuite bath featuring tub, shower, and bidet. The second suite combines a queen and twin bed, bedside tables, mirrored vanity credenza, and its own ensuite bath. A third bedroom is reserved for the owner. Three full bathrooms, modern fixtures, blackout shades, and multizone air conditioning ensure comfort throughout.



The open living room features sectional couches, side tables, ornamental accents, and a large flatscreen TV, with doors opening to a covered terrace overlooking lake, pool, and gardens. Outdoor spaces include rocking chairs, deepcushion patio furniture, hammock, and grille. Inside, a formal dining room seats six under a Tiffany light fitting, while the kitchen dining nook offers another six seats around a rectangular table framed by panoramic windows and garden views.



The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with modern whitetrimmed cabinets, center island flush stove with wicker bar stools, microwave, dishwasher, twodoor refrigerator with ice maker, dishes, pots, and pans. A utility room with washer and dryer, plentiful towels and bedding, WiFi, cable TV, and two dedicated parking spaces add convenience.



The Lakeside Villas community enhances the stay with three pools plus toddler pool, tennis courts, playground, landscaped gardens, and proximity to Dorado Beach and Hacienda del Mar Resort. Guests are close to San Juan’s nightlife and shopping, excursions to the Rain Forest and Camuy Cave Park, and local restaurants offering worldclass cuisine. A casino is located at nearby Embassy Suites.

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island; folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.



Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.



If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.



This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that, please be careful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.



If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
