« What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back. »

« Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! « This property is absolutely beautiful! The private beach is what sold us. Unfortunately we couldnt swim due to massive amount of jelly fish expecially on our first day. « We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life! »
