This extremely well appointed and professionally designed house is fully equipped with all of your luxury amenities and appliances, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, high speed Wi-Fi, smart tv, keyless entry. The window wall in the living room gives you magnificent views on the tree shaded yard and the waterfront.

Located on 2.6 wooded acres, there is plenty of space for privacy and forest walk. There is no dedicated walk trail but feel free to venture on the property. The patio offers a gas firepit and a wood burning pit, a gas grill and an outdoor lounging area and dining table. Outdoor furniture are stored away during winter.

From approximately April 1st to Oct 31st (weather permitting), plenty of activities (swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaks, paddle, horseshoe, corn hole, ping pong table, hammock, swing), lounging furniture are available to provide entertainment or relaxation. Bring your boats or jetski to your very own private dock. Depending on the tide, a small sand beach is even available.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
On the first floor you will find two queen-size bedrooms, both with memory foam mattresses. Both rooms have plenty of space to store your clothing during your stay and have full-length mirrors. Those two bedrooms share a common bathroom with an oversized shower.
On the second floor, the Parental Suite offers a queen bed with an upscale memory form mattress to provide a heavenly rest after a full day of activities on the property. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and observe the diverse wildlife. It is very common to see Bald Eagles. The master bath offers all the luxury that you can expect with an extra-large double headed shower, double vanities, dedicated make up counter, and a separate toilet for your privacy.
The fourth bedroom, designed with kids in mind, offers a bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people with a full-size bed and 2 single beds. This bedroom also offers a workspace with a desk in case you chose to escape your office and do some remote work.

The Kitchen is every chef’s dream and will be the center of your gathering. With a massive island where everyone can gather around to chat or dine, the kitchen offers plenty of space to organize your vacation or holiday meals. It is fully equipped with updated appliances, and all everything you need for cooking tasty meals.

The open living room provides plenty of seating for the family to relax and enjoy a movie on the big screen while watching the gas fireplace and enjoying the outdoor view. The kids corner will allow the little ones to be part of the action while having fun in their little secret space.

A half and full bathrooms are conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. A luxury master en-suite is located on the second floor.

A's by the Northern Neck has a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 25 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party policy.

Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID.

We supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels, tissue paper). Based on your usage habit and your length of stay, you may not have enough and should plan accordingly. The nearest grocery store (Food Lion is about 5 miles away). We are on a septic system so we require that you bring ONLY ANGEL SOFT toilet paper. NO CHARMIN Product please.

Although you have access to the entire house, there is one locked owner closet located in the secondary upstairs bedroom closet and the garage that is not accessible to guests. While the barn itself is accessible to guests, this is a private area including the locked utility room with the exception of the ping pong table.

Your arrival (and departure) are fully contactless. You will be provided with detailed check-in instructions the afternoon prior to your arrival including a code and/or mobile app to enter the home.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is entirely up to you. We are only a phone call/message away and will respond usually within minutes during extended business hours. During the overnight, we probably wont get back to you until early the next morning. If there is a life threatening emergency, please contact 911 and then call us and leave us a voicemail. We reserve the right to stop by the property at anytime but will give you at least 4 hours notice except in case of emergency.

There are 3 cameras located on the outside of the home for the safety of our guests. Two on the front porch looking at the front door and front yard and one monitoring the front drive. Those are used for security purpose only. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy (airbnb, VRBO, booking...). The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant of the home for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and the reservation will be immediately canceled. No refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation policy.
