NEWLY Built Cozy and Modern Guest Suite Retreat

Welcome to our newly built cozy, clean and modern guest suite! Perfect for couples, single travellers or small families looking for a place to call home while exploring the city. Located in the heart of North Vancouver, we are just a short 4 min drive to the vibrant Lonsdale Quay! This home is also conveniently located only mins from everything you can think of, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and more!

This is a BRAND NEW lower level guest suite of a duplex situated ABOVE street level with high ceilings! It is completely self-contained with a separate entrance. No spaces are shared including your own covered front patio area for those morning coffees. The suite comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. All incapsulated in white cabinets, quartz counter tops and modern finishes. The full 4 pc washroom also has modern finishes that match the kitchen. The bedroom has a large comfortable queen size bed and the living room has a designer queen size pullout bed. Also conveniently located in the suite is a washer and dryer.

Whisk over to Downtown Vancouver with a quick ride on the Sea bus located right at Lonsdale Quay! Looking to do some hiking or skiing? Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain is just a short drive away.

There is a lots of free street parking out in front of the house. Please note you will need to climb a few steps to access the front entrance.

We do not have A/C, however during the hottest summer days A/C is not needed in the suite. The front of the unit faces south and due to the nature of sunrise and sunset, it never gets too hot inside.

There is a lovely family of 3 with a small toddler who lives in the upper unit of the Duplex. You will occasionally faintly hear foot steps but nothing of significance.

This is my second stay at this property with host, Irene. Again the space was well-appointed, easy to access, with good, clear communication with Irene. The space is exactly as described and provides a bright, contemporary yet cozy base, close to all the amenities of N. Vancouver.

The AirB&B was as described; clean and comfortable with all the latest amenities. Very quiet. Had great sleep on the excellent mattress. Worked out perfectly for us. Minor complaints include a coat rack when you come in would have been helpful. We had to drape our coats, that were often wet, on the backs of chairs. Also, a decent key ring for the house key. Having it on a flimsy wire made it easy to snag it on a coat or risk losing it. Finally, for the price I do think having some basic food wrapping is not a big ask.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Great location as it's only a 15min walk away from the Seabus making downtown Vancouver very accessible. The owner is very communicate and responds quickly to messages. I had a great stay and would definitely book this place again when visiting!

This little gem provides a cozy and bright spot to land. Irene, the host, was very good with clear communication and she was accessible. The unit is in a very walkable area, close to Lion’s Gate Hospital, a place I needed to visit, and close to the grocery stores and shops on Lonsdale

The downstairs apartment was just as advertised, and was probably one of the newest and cleanest VRBO's we've ever stayed in. The host was super good at communicating both before and during our visit, and although I was a little worried about finding enough street parking in front of the unit, the host was correct in predicting it wouldn't be a problem. The unit is very well appointed, and although this is a basement apartment, there was very little noise from upstairs and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful. The unit is a nice 15 minute walk to lots of shops and the seabus which takes you directly downtown, super convenient. We stayed for a week and felt extremely safe and comfortable in the unit. We would definitely stay here again, it was A+.

The space was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. We got up fairly early so the noise from above was not an issue for us. We also pack lightly so did not need a lot of space for clothes. We had a good stay and everything was just fine.

Clean apartment accommodated us three adults but is ideal for two. Pull-out couch was comfortable. North Vancouver location was not ideal for sightseeing in Vancouver, but walking distance to Lonsdale area. On-street parking was always available, as suggested.

The property was very well equipped and about 30 minute walk from the sea bus terminal, although all uphill. This unit had ample street parking and would be excellent for a vehicle although we were able to get just about anywhere we wanted to go ether on foot or by public transport.

This was a conveniently located, tranquil place to stay with our two young kids. Owners were communicative and responsive when there was an issue with the cleaning (no fault of their own). The property comes well stocked and organized with all the basics needed to have a nice stay, including games and kitchen supplies. Very nice neighborhood as well.

I stayed for a work trip, but I had my family member coming with me. The location was greatly convenient for my family to explore and go to downtown from the quay. It is a quiet area and easy to focus on work when I come back to the place. I was given a clear instruction to check in and it was very smooth. The owner gave me some local information as well, which was very helpful. I’d defined stay again and recommend.

We loved lower Lonsdale and all its eateries. The seabus was easy to get and very picturesque way to get into city. All amenities were here even the extras like washing powder and shampoo. It is about a twenty minute walk to seabus and 10-20 minutes to restaurants- Irene the host was very easy and prompt to deal with -We would recommend this side of Vancouver to stay as it is very clean and pretty

We were in the city for an event at Rogers Place arena. It was very convenient to walk from the property to the Seabus and connect to the train to the arena The apartment was very nice. Clean and quiet with plenty of space. Irene loaned us an umbrella as well when we asked. It was so nice to leave the noise of the city behind each evening. We would highly recommend Irene’s apartment.
