Owner was helpful and available without being overbearing. Great location. This is a "just the basics" kind of place which is just what we wanted.

Very nice and quiet place close to airport
Nice B&B in suburban area. Easy to reach from the airport. Close to Fraser River and and rural park, a nice option for a walk (10 minutes to the river, 30 minutes to the park).

Family run B&B. David is very pleasant, understanding, and easy to work with. Photo is from the back so not really the view of the building you see, but that doesn't matter much. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood with huge gorgeous houses, but less than 10 mins from the heart of things in Richmond, and 15 minutes from the Canada line that drops you right in the heart of Vancouver in an additional 15 minutes. Very convenient, and easy. Bathroom is shared, and after I tightened the shower head and it stopped squirting sideways all over me when turning it on, things worked well. Shampoo/conditioner/soap is provided.

close to airport. basically it was a bedroom rental in a house. no amenities and no air conditioning. comforter only - no top sheet. prefer an airport hotel for the money.

Very cheerful and helpful hosts! One bed in our room was a box spring and No mirror in the room. Other guests used facilities for a very long time. Bath was shared by two rooms. Beautiful home and very easy to get around on foot, bus, and tram.

A pleasant bed and breakfast in a nice residential area. The breakfast is simple (fruit, cereal, hardboiled eggs, bread, Nutella, etc.), but is available any time after 7:30. I recommend double-checking whether your room has a shared bathroom (if you care): one room has its own bathroom, but there are two rooms that share one bathroom, and the Orbitz listing is a bit confusing about which one you're getting.

Very disappointing.
I had arrived after a very long flight from Europe. To share a bathroom for the amount charged was so disappointing. The bathroom was very dirty with fixtures broken and very shabby and run down. The bed linen was old and not ironed. Not a standard I am used to in other b and b’s I have stayed in.

Bathroom needs to be detailed. Kitchen and dining room needs to be clean and tidied. Owners are very nice and offer an airport pick up and drop off for the same cost as a taxi.

Convenient hotel in a nice quiet area
A good welcome, a nice sized room but the bath in our room was dirty and the mirrors had not been cleaned. We were left to find things ourselves at breakfast which was confusing.
