Home away from home
We rented this little carriage house for my family to stay a few days while my husband and I are at the BC Children's Hospital NICU. It was a quick walk away, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including extra seats for when extended family came over with dinner. Check-in and out were seamless and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Overall, was a great stay - many thanks to the owners for allowing us to rent their space!

Comfortable stay and great location
Very comfortable stay for our family of four. The unit has everything you need including laundry facilities. Beds were very comfortable. Close to Queen Elizabeth park and Hillcrest park, aquatic centre and ice rink.

Clean and Comfy!
This cute little house was perfect for me, my daughter, and my infant granddaughter for our week-long stay in Vancouver. Ondrej had provided us with a pack’n’play, high chair and activity centre for the baby which was really appreciated. The Neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and we were always able to find street parking easily. Groceries were readily available at a nearby Safeway and there were lots of great food establishments within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Great Location
Private, perfect sized apartment for a couple wishing to stay in Vancouver. This is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the skytrain with a Tim Hortons on the way! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great Location and very responsive Host
Me and three other family members (all adult) stayed at this property. The house is in a wonderful location and in good condition. We only had two concerns, a lack of wash cloths and no AC. The owner addressed the lack of wash cloths quickly. And there was a fan provided to mitigate the lack of AC. I did not realize the house lacked AC. We were warm at times. The windows do not have screens so we were reluctant to leave them open. Otherwise, I would recommend this house and owner.

Great Place
Property was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for us. Close to transit, easy walking distance to coffee shops, banks and for us tourists the hobbit house. I would recommend and certainly if the opportunity arises stay again.

It was my family's first time in Vancouver (3 adults 18+) and we didn't want to stay right in the city but wanted to be close enough to explore everything. This place was in a great location. We could walk to the store, the train, and to Queen Elizabeth Park. There were restaurants near by too. And it was an easy drive (30 min) to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and to the Ferry Port. We had everything we needed inside full kitchen, washer dryer, and our host was amazing!

Perfect place for a short stay
We loved our stay at the little cottage. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is very quiet and close to the King Edward station as well as shops and restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurant choices on Cambie just a short walk away. The neighborhood has a lot of character with lovely historic houses and lots of flowers and trees. The cottage is perfect for a couple or a family with young kids. It’s a bit small for a family with adult kids like ours, but we managed it since we were out most of the day. All the basic necessities were provided; there are plenty of towels and linens as well as kitchen essentials. Ondrej is great with communication. We highly recommend this lovely little cottage for a short stay in Vancouver.

Great place to stay!
Ondrej's house provided a great base from which to explore Vancouver. Advantages: • Location -- only 5 minutes walk from Kind Edward Skytrain station, and just as close to any number of local bus routes; it's also in a nice, quiet neighbourhood; • Size -- there was just about enough room for our family of four, the two of us sleeping in the double-bed upstairs, and our two children sleeping downstairs (that said, the kitchen's on the small side); • Lovely host -- excellent communication and very helpful throughout our stay. Would we recommend it? Most definitely! Thank you, Ondrej.

Great base for a stay in Vancouver
This was a wonderful place for us to stay during our visit to Vancouver. Easy transportation on the sky train and a very quiet, clean, relaxing place. Douglas Park nearby is a bonus if you’re travelling with kids and Ondrej was very helpful and responsive to any questions and needs. Thank you!

We loved the neighborhood this house was in, and it was clean and well-kept. It was a bit tight for the four of us, but we enjoyed being close to the sky train and great food.

This laneway house has it all. It's private, modern and clean, five-minute walk to skytrain and bus, in a quiet neighbourhood, available street parking for rental car or car-share, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent this property again.
