Dear Cori, Our front desk staff checks every room before new guests check in, we were busier than expected this weekend which made it a little difficult for our staff. We are so sorry to hear the first room was not smelling the best, truth is there are some people that just do not respect hotel policies. Glad to know we had another room to assign to you. Hope that besides this incident you were able to have a great weekend!

Dear Anonymous, Wish we knew who you were so we can look into the room you stayed in to fix the shower problem. While we are getting some things done, we make sure workers are here during working hours. We are located near stores, freeways and very close to the airport, far away from main roads that we don't get the noise, yet so close.

Dear Anthony, I am really sorry to hear you had this experience with us. Had we known that the toilet was clogged we wouldn't have had it available to rent. We certainly do have plungers. We also have extra blankets available upon request. As we do our best to help our environment and save energy to help the planet, we usually start turning heaters for guests in lower temperatures, when it is around mid 60's we don't find it quite necessary yet however we have no problem doing do if requested by a guest. Regarding our towels we will make sure to speak with our supplier that takes care of our chemicals to see if there is an issue with our softener. We really appreciate your feedback as this really helps us better understand our guests.
