First room we got put in smelled so bad of Marijuana we had to ask to be moved. Was told rooms had to be checked before we couldget a room.

Dear Cori, Our front desk staff checks every room before new guests check in, we were busier than expected this weekend which made it a little difficult for our staff. We are so sorry to hear the first room was not smelling the best, truth is there are some people that just do not respect hotel policies. Glad to know we had another room to assign to you. Hope that besides this incident you were able to have a great weekend!

New rooms but.
Construction going on. Don't stay if you want to relax with peace and quiet. Showers are hot as hell or cold as ice. Lots of activity in neighborhood. Location not great.

Dear Anonymous, Wish we knew who you were so we can look into the room you stayed in to fix the shower problem. While we are getting some things done, we make sure workers are here during working hours. We are located near stores, freeways and very close to the airport, far away from main roads that we don't get the noise, yet so close.

The toilet came pre clogged and there was no plunger so we couldn’t fix it. Mighty inconvenient when we got it around 8pm for a single night. The heater was off when we came in and the beds had the thinnest blanket you have ever seen, wild for late fall. There were no extra blankets so it was a cold night. The towels were similar to sandpaper. It was quiet, clean, and we felt safe, but that’s all I can say.

Dear Anthony, I am really sorry to hear you had this experience with us. Had we known that the toilet was clogged we wouldn't have had it available to rent. We certainly do have plungers. We also have extra blankets available upon request. As we do our best to help our environment and save energy to help the planet, we usually start turning heaters for guests in lower temperatures, when it is around mid 60's we don't find it quite necessary yet however we have no problem doing do if requested by a guest. Regarding our towels we will make sure to speak with our supplier that takes care of our chemicals to see if there is an issue with our softener. We really appreciate your feedback as this really helps us better understand our guests.

Not bad but not up to Best Western standards
It was ok. I stay at Best Western hotels because I know there is an assumption of quality that is above average to most options. This hotel has changed my mind. Moving forward I will no longer reserve Best Western based on it's name.

There are different tiers to Best Westerns, and each tier offers different amenities. I really hope you reconsider staying with Best Western Branded hotel in the future.

Relaxing and convenient!
Our stay was very relaxing. We had a weekend away with no kiddos. We enjoyed all the local food, the RV Inn Resort in Amphitheater was close by and Uber was available for easy travel, The hotel hospitality was on point. We will stay again.
