Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom suite located in the heart of Vancouver! Just minutes from local shops, parks, and transit, this centrally located home offers easy access to everything Vancouver has to offer—whether you're exploring downtown, heading to the beach, or visiting nearby neighborhoods like Richmond or Burnaby.

This is a classic Vancouver home with character, located on the main floor of a two-story house. Please note that while the suite is clean and fully furnished for a comfortable stay, it is part of an older property and sound insulation may not be ideal. You may occasionally hear footsteps or voices from other parts of the house, and we ask that all guests observe quiet hours after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

You'll have access to:

3 private bedrooms with keypad locks
A large living room for group gatherings
A full kitchen and dining area
Shared backyard with BBQ, foosball, and table tennis (before 10 PM)
Optional laundry service (free one load per day, additional load: $10/load, please make sure each load is not over 1/2 volume of the washer)

All parties must be booked for 9 guests, regardless of how many people stay overnight.
Parties must end by 11:00 PM (quiet hours begin at 11 PM).
Maximum overnight capacity: 9 guests.
Additional attendees or filming crew will be charged $10 per person.
Extra cleaning fees may apply if guests do not follow the check-out and cleaning instructions.
