Property was nice. I saw nothing extraordinary but very clean. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and had a nice smile. A little noisy from footsteps above but not hotels fault.

Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites
We had 6 rooms in our party We found the hotel very clean and beds were comfortable. The fragrance the hotel was using was a little too strong in the lobby. The ice machine made beeping noises through the evening until we took it upon ourselves to unplug it for some quiet. Breakfast foods were barely adequate. Would've liked to have seen bacon instead or thoroughly cooked sausages. Milk cartons were not offered and the milk in the pitcher was lukewarm. Juice seemed watered down. Self made waffles was the best! Syrup could've been warmed.

Air Freshener Musty Smell
Very strong air freshener smell in the front lobby. I instantly thought they were trying to cover something over and I was right. We got to the second floor and were hit with a very musty smell as soon as the elevator doors opened. The musty smell continued in the rooms. It is the sort of smell that comes from a prior water leak that soaked into something they couldn't clean. We only went on the 2nd floor so don't know if the musty smell is on the other floors. Hotel has obviously been recently renovated and in general was in good condition. The rooms were as you would expect for a comfort suites and were fine other than the smell. I didn't even attempt breakfast as the air freshener smell in the lobby was over powering. Until they get the smell fixed I wouldn't stay there again. Once it is fixed it would be a great hotel.

This appeared to be a new hotel. It was very clean, and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and therevwas plenty of variety. I would stay here again.

Save yourself the headache and choose other accommodations. For starters the elevator didn’t work, the rooms do not look like photos and need repairs. During check in we were given a key card that didn’t open the room door and after multiple trips to the front desk she finally let us in with the master key and told us we would have to come to the front desk each time to enter our room. The morning of check out the power went out and the staff didn’t even come knock the door of the guest absolutely no communication. Highly recommend you avoid this hotel. If you’re charging $125 per night for a room then your accommodation need to match it.

Hello Jadea,Why are you complaining about the elevator since you were assigned to the first floor? FYI, the room is way better than the photos and the hotel is in good condition. Looks like you don't know how to use the hotel keys. This morning again you came for the new key and I gave it to you, and it's working perfectly. The power outage affected the whole town for 10 minutes. So long story short, you have been checked out and asked by Expedia to give a full refund while you have spent a whole night/day at the hotel. Our front agent denied the request for the refund and then you have written a negative review at the Expedia portal. Plus you haven't paid any amounts to the hotel.

Key didn’t work and has to go up and down twice with luggage. Inconvenient. Smell was overpowering. Inside my room: Dropped my earring and it fell under the bathroom vanity. Found a part of a Jean pant and a roach. In the bottom drawer of the Dressor was a pair of white dirty socks. I put a note on the door to not disturb and they went in anyway and cleaned. Made me uncomfortable. Also, couldn’t lower temperature below 65.

Room great, breakfast could be better.
There is a weird strong perfumy smell when you enter the lobby and kind of a humid smell in the hallways, but room was great, everything nice and clean, bed is so comfortable, pillows are heavenly. Breakfast is so-so; we got there 30 min. before it ended and there was very little egg left which was very dry and the minute breakfast time ended, the juice machines were turned off, like saying, leave, you're done.
