« In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. »

« As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated.
