« This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time! »

« The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal. »

« Everything was in top notch shape. Actually, everything looked like it was brand new. The appliances were spitting fan clean the sink from the kitchen the bathrooms, the floors, the linens everything was very clean. They had all the amenities that were needed during our stay. The area was very private and our location was right above the hot tub which was so convenient and it was pretty secluded because there was like trees that blocked the view which was nice and we were able to see our vehicle...

« You can’t beat the location, close to the pier and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Very relaxing to start and end the day on the patio. And having a spot in the garage was a huge bonus as parking was jammed in the nearby neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Pismo Beach. 10/10!! »
