« When we got there, we didn’t have a bathtub in the room, so we were upgraded. Yay! The front desk had a gingerbread house contest showing, cookies, cookies and apples for guest. And the outdoors hot tub and cold pool were open and our 3 yo had so much fun »

« The room was great, bed was a little soft for me. I would've given 5 stars if the bed was firmer but that's just preference thing. The thing that I appreciated the most is that I forgot my wallet in the room and I got a call within 10mins of leaving the premises to let me know that. I wasn't to far from the hotel so I was able to get back there and pick it up. Nothing speaks louder to me than honest staff.
