Upon making our reservations, we shared that we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. We also asked for a list of restaurants that were open since it was the shoulder season. The Hotel responded sharing that they would be glad to provide us a list of restaurants upon our arrival. Upon our arrival, not only was there no list of restaurants provided or shared, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of our Anniversary.
When we stayed at the Broadmoor to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the Broadmoor upgraded us to a cottage. If you’re familiar with the Broadmoor, the cottages are multiple thousands of dollars per night.
Over the three days we saw various different staff at the makeshift front desk. ( There was no note of any construction at the time we made our reservations.) And not once were we asked how our stay was going. This is our second stay at this beautiful hotel but unfortunately it may be our last. The customer service at the front desk was zero and frankly, overall we were very disappointed in the whole experience.
