Great location. Construction underway

This condo is located in a great location to explore Vail. The unit itself was clean and well stocked, however the building was under construction - much needed updates. The property manager was helpful in negotiating through an unanticipated construction- related challenge that Vacasa informed us about less than a week before check-in. I would also comment that the bedroom carpeting and living area rugs could use a thorough cleaning so if you have toddlers - something to co spider.

We stayed at this property 3 nights. Pros: Location is wonderful to Vail Village. The free shuttle picks up very close to the property. Most of the unit is new. Washer/ dryer were wonderful. The unit is fully stocked, except there was no laundry supplies. They provided a lot of fans which was nice for summer nights. It was great to have a two bathroom option. The televisions were excellent. The view was incredible! The complex was extremely quiet. Cons: The carpet is old and stained in the primary bedroom. It had a slight odor when we arrived. We just opened the windows to air it out. Both of the beds are very hard. The tub in the guest bath was not draining properly. The shower in the guest bath did not have hot water until you ran the primary bath hot water. The toilet in the primary bath sticks and runs continually until you jiggle the handle. The left window handle in the master was broken, couldn't open it. The bed in the primary is NOT a king. It's a queen. The murphy bed is a queen as well. They need to hire new housekeeping. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and popcorn in the den. Overall, the unit needs attention. All of the things are fixable! I called to let them know about the issues. They were very nice and responsive. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's. I think if they fixed the issues, I would stay there again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself was incredible comfortable for our group with large couch and pull out bed, the murphy bed and the large king bed, it's great for a group of friends or a small family. Location is close to Vail village, a short drive, Uber or bus ride and parking in the building was handy. There's a hot tub in the building but we weren't able to access. Apparently there's also staff available during certain hours but we werent there during those hours so not sure how useful they are. We would happily stay here again.

Convenient stay near the mountain

The place was spacious and described accurately. It was an easy ride to the mountain or you can take the bus down the road. The garage is heated and a huge perk. Downfalls were the pillows were very flat and the bed was not comfortable. Also the fire alarm went off at 3:30am because someone had pulled it for no reason.

Winter wonderland

Loved this condo - perfect for our 3-night weekend stay. Very comfortable, cozy, and easy to enjoy like it was made for us. Great location: GC bus stop 100’ away took us straight to Riva Bahn Express Lift - nearly ski in / ski out. Snowshoeing the Winter Rec Trail through East Vail Valley was gorgeous - new snow and pure beauty of the mountains.

Great spot

This was a very nice property. It had a balcony that had a lovely view of the hills and you even had your own barbecue grill. I wouldn’t mind revisiting the same location perhaps in the spring or summer and enjoy the outdoors more. The only thing that was needed in the unit was a good shampoo of the carpet in the living area. I notified management and I think that they will be addressing that before the next guest visit. But other than that it was spacious and my husband and I each had our own bathroom which was very nice!

A bit hard to find as there is no street address on main building . Renovated nicely w great appliances, washer dryer , good beds . Would’ve rated cleanliness a 5 except for carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced ( stained) . Also, there’s only a few leftover staples in cupboard , so bring your own everything for the kitchen , and your own Kleenex. Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv. Other than that we had a good stay !

Great Unit, Just OK Complex

The unit itself was pretty much as advertised. A nice space, comfortable bed, good well-appointed kitchen, we always cook when traveling and particularly did so during COVID. Very comfortable unit located right off the elevator with great access to the secured parking garage. Great access to the golf course, walking/biking trails, Betty Ford, Vail Village and the whole valley. We’ve been coming to Vail for 30 years and generally hike and bike in areas from Frisco to Eagle, this provided a great home base. The complex itself is getting a little long in the tooth, but this unit has been recently updated, and done well. The down side was the location in the complex. The people upstairs were loud from sun up to sun down and smoked cigars and cigarettes all day on their balcony, which drifted down into our space. We reached out to the management team who indicated it was not a unit they manage, and suggested we talk to the front desk. The front desk indicated the people in the unit above owned the space, and there was nothing they could do. In addition, the community tables for the complex were just outside of this unit (10 feet) and on two nights during our stay large, loud groups of people had drinks and dinner in this area, which greatly diminished our ability to have a quiet evening and enjoy our space.

Newly remodeled. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Since the deck was very deep, the view of nature unfortunately was limited from inside. Lighting inside was either too bright with 17 recessed lights coming on in the kitchen/living room/laundry room area with one switch or all in the dark. It could use some lamps in the living room. Washer/Dryer is a convenient asset. The parking was easy and the setting beautiful.

Refurbished unit in Vail

Remodeled unit a about a 2 Miles ourside of Vail center, but nice surroundings. Huge unit with big living room and full equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker etc.). Washer and dryer are in the unit. 2 bath, 1 Bdr.. EverythingÂŽs fine and clean. The disadvantage is that the unit is a basement unit with a public balcony in front of the own balcony. There is no fun to open the windows so the unit is very hot in summer.

Really Nice Totally Up To Date

Excellent choice for Vail skiers. Right on the bus route, brand new modern interior, and lots of space for up to 3-4 people. Chris the owner is totally helpful when it comes to anything. Highly recommend.

Great unit!

We had a very nice time and would stay in this unit again. Chris helped clear up a cleaning situation when we arrived and the rest of the stay was great. This unit was spacious for the 5 of us in our family and the covered parking was perfect for access to/from the unit. The hot tub and rec room was great for the kids and the location from vail village was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks again Chris!

Pristine, Well Located Condo in Vail

My wife and I wanted a comfortable condo near the slopes in Vail but we didn't want to pay the price for a ski-in, ski-out place. This was the perfect solution. The condo has been recently renovated and is in "like new" condition. The owner installed large, brand name flat screen TV's in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen has all of the expected appliances and cookware, and it was nice to find some coffee in the cupboard when we arrived (and also a nice bottle of red wine on the counter top!). We also appreciated the extra pillows and throws that the owner had stored in an armoire--these are little touches that help make a house feel like a home! There is a murphy bed in the living room that can be folded down for extra guests, but we didn't need it for just the two of us. The location is great--both the condo itself and the complex that it's in. The condo itself is very close to the elevator and when we parked in our underground parking spot, it was really quick to hop in the elevator and take two flights up to our unit--very convenient. As to the location of the complex, it's less than a five-minute walk to the local bus stop and a bus arrives every thirty minutes, at fifteen minutes and forty-five minutes past the hour. We settled in on the 8:15 bus that took us to Golden Peak in about three minutes. From there, the lifts are only a minute away and we were in line waiting for them to open at 8:30. Very efficient, and we came to appreciate how nice and quiet this area is near the golf course, while still being very close to all that Vail has to offer. One of the knocks on Vail is the noise from Highway 70, but you couldn't hear it at all from inside the condo--in fact we didn't notice any noise at all during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when skiing at Vail!
